Problem with MkIV and TikZ picture remembering

In the minimal working example below inside of a text two words should be printed inside of rounded TikZ rectangles and should be connected by an TikZ arrow pointing from the first word to the other. TikZ offers the remember picture/overlay option for that. The MWE works in MkII (command “texexec”) which I am not using, but not in the latest MkIV (command “context”). The problem might be that according to the PGF/TikZ manual “You need to use a driver that supports picture remembering and you need to run TEX twice” (16.13.1 Referencing a Node in a Different Picture). So my questions are: 1.) Does LuaTeX support TikZ picture remembering? 2.) If so, how can I get ConTeXt MkIV to “run TeX twice”? 3.) If all of the above worked, would that work also if the inline TikZ pictures to be remembered are on another file referenced via \input? I have seen a solution similar to what I want to achieve in the METAFUN manual but I don’t have a clue how to get that METAPOST alternative working. setup for paragraph styles

Hello, I'd like to kwnow the commands I should use in ConTeXt to define styles for paragraphs of text that are not headers/titles nor normal text. With titles I know I must use: \definehead[MyTitle][title] \setuphead[MyTitle][...] What should I use for texts like subtitles, dates of letters, signatures? They are "paragraphs" often made by a few words, with a different alignment, margins, style and vertical space above and below. For a long quote I've seen that I can use: \definedelimitedtext[MySpecialText] \setupdelimitedtext[MySpecialText] Are those the right commands for my purpose in ConTeXt? In particular, I'm typesetting XHTML, where all those elements are <p class="subtitle">, <p class="letter-date">, <p class="signature"> and so on. Unicode question

Hi all, If I run this minimal example \starttext � \stopluacode \stoptext I get tex error > error on line 3 in file /data/tmp/u1.tex: ! String contains an invalid utf-8 sequence and some more lines. The character above is: Character: � Character name: REPLACEMENT CHARACTER Charblock: Specials Category: Other symbol Unicode: U+fffd UTF8: 0xefbfbd which is a valid utf8 character. Questions: 1. Why is it considered to be invalid? 2. Are there other valid utf8 characters which are considered invalid? Just wanting to understand. -- Manfred

Hanging indent

Hello everybody, Currently I am typesetting a small dictionary. I want to have hanging indents if the text joined to the expression is longer than one line. In the past I had this definitions: \defineblank[Afterhangingparagraph][1pc] \starttext \def\Hangindent{\hangafter=1\hangindent=1em} \definestartstop[HangPar] [before={\bgroup\appendtoks\Hangindent\to\everypar}, after={\egroup\blank[Afterhangingparagraph]}] \starttext \startHangPar \input knuth \stopHangPar \startHangPar {\bf Aanslaan,} aanspreken. Een poging in 't werk stellen. Ik zal dat heertje reis aanslaan. Sla dien broger (man) aan, misschien heeft hij poen (geld). Jongens, er moet aangeslagen worden, daar loopt mooi gajes (menschen daar wat van te halen is). \stopHangPar \stoptext The strange thing is, that the first two paragraphs of the Knuth-text is showing a hanging indent, however the last paragraph does not which is unexpected. In the example from the dictionary no hanging indentation is shown. What do I mis here? Kind regards Willi

How to properly put information into contextwiki

Hello list. I tried in vain to find some information on how to properly load some things into http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ I tried to insert there thing I have not found there (http://wiki.contextgarden.net/defineformula) but I could not find how to classify this page to a hierarchy (in this case into the section commands). They are somewhere about some information? Or has the final classification in charge of an administrator, etc? Thanks for the link to some information.
