startappendices creates an extra empty page

Hi, When is use \startappendices \stopappendices to create appendices, I get an extra empty page. Is there a way to solve this? If I put another chapter after the \stopappendices statement, then there is no empty page. See the following test: \setupoutput[pdftex] \starttext \chapter[]{Chapter} This a chapter \section[]{Section} This a section \startappendices \chapter[]{Appendix} This the appendix \stopappendices % \chapter[]{extra} % This extra \stoptext Any suggestions? Hi, I want to see active URL in my pdf document in similar way that is used by <a....>....</a> tag in html So I have written \setupinteraction[state=start] then \useexternaldocument [doc:Molik] [http://zskl.zsk.p.lodz.pl/~morawski/local/Praca dyplomowa p. Molika.pdf] [Metody routingu unikastowego] then I try to use \from, \goto; \url and even if I see the link, it is not active then I try: \useURL [Molik] [http://zskl.zsk.p.lodz.pl/~morawski/local/Praca dyplomowa p. Molika.pdf] and \from, \goto; \url result is less or more the same. Where is the problem? What I have missed in documentation? Michal Morawski

Euler math again (virtually)

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone else was interested in the Euler math font. I was a bit frustrated in its incomplete coverage of certain symbols (e.g. delimiters, radicals), but then I discovered the Virtual Euler Math fonts/eulervm for LaTeX. It yields a set of virtual fonts (zeu*.vf) that make the glyph set look a lot like the default computer-modern math fonts. <http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/ eulervm.html?action=/tex-archive/fonts/> I've come up with a math collection (math-zeu) and a combined typescript file (type-zeu) that seem to give good enough results. Does anyone do enough math typesetting to want to test "zeuler" out? I've gotten good enough results this evening, but I don't have a lot of sophisticated formulae lying around to do a full test. Does anyone have some semi- demanding (non-AMS-territory) math for me to try? Index sorting in Czech

Good morning. I have to typeset a document in Czech with index. How can I make the ConTeXt to sort it according to a Czech custom/norm? I tried to learn it from the ConTeXt source but I failed. Is there any help/documentation for it? To show what I need, see this please: 1) accutes: A and Aaccute goes in one section, but Aacute is after A (the same holds for E/Eacute, I/..., O/..., Y/...; U is special, since there is U, Uaccute and Uring). 2) carons: Ccaron, Dcaron etc. have thier own section. So there is one section for C, one for Ccaron, then is there D, then Dcaron etc. 3) Ecaron is no problem, since no Czech word can begin with it. But it goes in one section with E and Eaccute in a following order: E, Eaccute and Ecaron. 4) CH is in Czech supposed to be one letter. It stands after H. (There are some words where CH is two letters, but it can be ignored.) 5) There are much more rules, but they can be hardly algorithmized since they depend on a meaning. I can ignore them. Can some of you send me an example how to do it? Then I would try to implement it myself. Many thanks and greetings. Michal Kvasnicka

Presentations in context: Is there a reference manual?

Hi! Is there any reference manual for doing presentations with context? I only got art-pres.pdf but it doesn't give many details. What is the purpose of \presentationstep? My first attempts using context didn't show great diferences with and without this command. Is it possible to define timings for automatic transitions between slides? Best regards, Luís Neves

missing Dstroke & dstroke

I'm slowly getting into using DocBookInContext module for producing PDF output out of DocBook sources. One problem which I encountered is that I cannot get proper characters for two Croatian national letters: Dstroke & dstroke which are rendered as "D" & "d" and I see in mfonts.pdf (Fonts in ConTeXt) manual on p. 22nd that these chars are also not properly rendered. Is it some missing feature in ConTeXt since I remember that similar thing was present with LaTeX and it required some special *.sty file since those two characters cannot be handled like the rest of TeX accents?
