Bussproofs or derivation trees

Hello, I have searched for a solution for making proof trees, but I have failed to find a working setup. Does anyone know of a solution? I have used bussproofs.sty with LaTeX, and have seen that discussed on this list some years ago: http://www.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2010/051489.html (How) can I use this package in ConTeXt? I have also looked at this metapost package, but it seems this package relies deeper on LaTeX: http://tug.ctan.org/graphics/metapost/contrib/macros/drv/drv.mp Have anyone other suggestions? -- Trond Thorbjørnsen

Etal and bibliography

Hi, I would like to limit the number of authors in bibliographies to one and use *et al*. I read the documentation and tried to use etallimit=1 in \btxrenderinglistvariant without success. What is the exact procedure? Best, Flavien.

the new simplefonts stuff

This is probably a pretty basic question, but how do I find out the name of the font that \definefontfamily expects in the third argument? For example, \definefontfamily [dejavu] [serif] [DejaVu Serif] works fine and sets the text in DejaVu Serif, but that’s not a name I can find with mtxrun –scripts font: ellen% mtxrun --script fonts --list --all --pattern='*DejaVu*'|wc -l 28 ellen% mtxrun --script fonts --info --list --all --pattern='*DejaVu*'|grep -i "DejaVu Serif"|wc -l 0 mtxrun --script fonts --info for Deja Vu doesn't show that identifier anywhere. I want to find out what, for example, Bookman is called. \definetypeface [five] [rm] [serif] [bookman] works fine and sets the text in some font that sure looks a lot like Bookman to my eyes, but \definefontfamily [five] [serif] [bookman] doesn’t work at all and the text doesn’t show up. ellen% mtxrun --script fonts --list --all --pattern='*bookman*'|wc -l 5 I’ve looked all over for this... even tried understanding font-sel.mkvii (with mediocre success). Sandra PS Extra thanks if there’s a way to get ligatures and protrusion to work for it.

multi-colunm table issue

Hello ! I'm interested for some time (say 2-3 years) in the resolution of a specific bug, described in the documentation here http://wiki.contextgarden.net/TABLE#Multipage_TABLEs as *Beware:*Split tables often begin not on the page (or in the column, if you use them) where they/could/start, but on/in the next one. This is a known limitation due to the complicated calculation of remaining space on the page. That won't become better before this calculations are newly written in Lua. (Said Hans on 2010-09-24.) Simply, do you have any shedule for this issue to be solved ? Many thanks in advance, Thomas

Two issues with character alignment

I have found two issues with character alignment (see the following minimal example): one when \\ is used in a cell instead of \crlf, another one when \high or \low are used in a cell. bug in hyphenation?

Spurious pages in makeups

I.e., Title+Copyright+TOC with no page breaks What we get: copyright page (right sided) two pages after title page (right sided), followed by a blank page, followed by TOC (right sided). See attached pdf. How do I suppress the spurious pages (2+1)? I need to keep doublesided for obvious reasons... I could force this without makeups but would like to take advantage of makeups if I can. Thanks in advance! Remove left and right offset from nested frames?

Hello! In other words, I'd like to remove the small gaps from the left and right of the frames. Is that possible? Best, Mica
