Overfull boxes using m-cweb

Hello, I am running into overfull boxes when including a weaved cweb file into a context document. The original reference to the cwebmac.tex file (the plain TeX macro) is commented out and replaced by \usemodule[cweb]. The cweb macros appear to expand something into \*11ptmmmt* which seems to have something to do with it. Is there anyone here with experience and deep (Con)TeX(t) knowledge who understands what is happening? compound titles, lists and headers

Dear list, my publisher forces me to set different things as titles, in headers and table of contents. In some cases \nolist and \nomarking aren't enough. here are my actual definitions: ---- \def\Untertitel#1{\blank[3pt]{\ss\bf #1}\blank} % ok \def\Titel#1#2{{\nohyphens\chapter{#1}\Untertitel{#2}}} % ok \def\KomplexTitel#1#2#3{{\writetolist[chapter]{#3}\nohyphens\title{#1}\U ntertitel{#2}}} ---- with ---- \start \setupheadertexts[][manual entry][part][] % normally defined as [][chapter][part][] \KomplexTitel{Main chapter title}{chapter subtitle}{toc entry} Much text \stop % of other headertext ---- Real life example: \start \setupheadertexts [][Vorwort][][] \KomplexTitel{Die neutrale Schweiz und das globale Dorf}% {Vorwort von Prof.|~|Dr.|~|Heinrich Ott}% {Vorwort Prof.|~|Dr.|~|Heinrich Ott:\\Die neutrale Schweiz und das globale Dorf} ... Now there stay two issues: 1. I'd like to get a four-parameter command that can set the header text also. 2. I must get a line feed into the toc, but neither \\ nor \crlf works. Please help! Thanks. listings.sty

Hello, I suggested to the author of the very feature rich LaTeX-Listings package, Carsten Heinz, to port this package to ConTeXt, and it seems, that he is interested. But before doing it, there are some questions: * What do Hans and other people thing about that? * listings.sty uses keyval.sty, how is the proper ConTeXt-way to do the same things as keyval, or should listings stay with keyval? Fleurons

Dear All I am in the process of learning the wonders of Context and enjoying the challenge. My Context is the stand alone version for Windows which I downloaded from the Pragma site. I'm getting used to using the Scite editor although it was a little difficult in the beginning. Just now I'm putting together some short stories and am having fun playing about with layout and using different kinds of fonts. Also I'm reading 'The Elements of Typographic Style' by Robert Bringhurst which is absolutely superb! I would never have thought that a book on typography would be so easy to read. In Bringhurst's book he mentions fleurons - "A horticultural dingbat" which I would like to access. I have looked through the Context manuals but with no success. Could someone give me some hints? Font size in FLOWchart module.

I am using the flowchart module to create various goodies. What I don't know how to do is regulate the size of the font for the text that goes inside the little boxes. About 'repeat' option of \startitemize

Hello All! A while ago Hans introduced 'repeat' option for \startitemize to make nested items. I've decided to give it a try: \startitemize[repeat] \item item1 \startitemize \item item1.1 \item item1.2 \item item1.3 \stopitemize \item \startitemize \item item2.1 \item item2.2 \item item2.3 \item item2.4 \stopitemize \stopitemize gives: 1. item1 1. item1.1 2.2. item1.2 3.3. item1.3 2.1. item2.1 2.2. item2.2 3.3. item2.3 4.4. item2.4 should: 1. item1 1.1. item1.1 1.2. item1.2 1.3. item1.3 2.1. item2.1 2.2. item2.2 2.3. item2.3 2.4. item2.4 From my observations of mysterious box manipulations in core-itm I think that fix for repeating first digit can be as simple as removing one of these \plusone's somewhere. But it is possible to make both 1.1 and 2.1 work as in my example? And it seems that space after dot in nested lists is slightly bigger. Is this intentional? -- Radhelorn <radhelorn(a)mail.ru>

th nd and rd

It is common to express certain numerals with the suffixes st, nd, rd, th, with the suffix in a smaller type and raised about .5em eg: 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th. It is of course possible to cobble these expressions up in macros. But it would be handy if they were built in to Context. \celsius and \inch

Hello, a suggestion for \celsius in core-mis.tex: \def\celsius#1{#1\,\mathematics{^\circ}\kern-0.1emC} The symbol for \inch is strange: "}". What is \char125 supposed to be, doesn't it depend on the font encoding? Cheers, Peter -- http://pmrb.free.fr/contact/
