Hi, I uploaded a new lmtx. Again some updated math of which details will be revealed later. Apart from some details we added suport for fourier notations. Convertnumber with \ref[number] fails in MkIV, works in LMTX

Hello list, The following fails with ConTeXt ver: 2021.10.24 21:45 MKIV but works with the companion LMTX. The error message is:tex error > tex error on line 6 in file G:/TestConTeXt/convert.tex: ! Incompatible glue units , pointing to the second \convertnumber line. \definelabel[XX]%[text=,before=,after=,alternative=inright] \startTEXpage[offset=2em] abc\XX[xx]\par \ref[number][xx] · \convertnumber{r}{1} · \convertnumber{R}{\ref[number][xx]} \stopTEXpage In this case I am trying to display with roman numerals the number generated in the label created through \definelabel. TeXGyre Heros on Firefox

Dear all, there were some discussions on pdf viewers on the list and I know that things are not always fine. I now have a problems with the Firefox pdf viewer and TeX Gyre Heros. The font looks uneven in FF, no problems elsewhere. When I scroll into the pdf to set the display to 150% or more the font shows up just fine. So it seems to be a display problems with firefox. I tried several pdf versions no change. My configuration: \definefontfamily[mainfont][serif][texgyreheros] \definefontfamily[mainfont][sans] [textgyreheros] \definefontfamily[mainfont][mono] [texgyrecursor][features=none] \definefontfamily[mainfont][math] [texgyrepagellamath] \definefallbackfamily [mainfont] [rm] [Latin Modern Math] [scale=0.925, range=0x22C0] \definefontfeature[smallcaps][script=latn, protrusion=quality, expansion=quality, smcp=yes, onum=yes, pnum=yes] \setupalign[hz,hanging] \setupitaliccorrection[global, always] Is there anything I can do? And the is another issue: To my big surprise ArialBold MT is included into the file. I am using the current lmtx. Can't no break between a close punctuation and a open punctuation

I sent this email four days ago and it may not have been delivered? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Hans, I found that ConTeXt injected two infinity penalties between a close punctuation and a open punctuation, for example between `”` and `“`, or between `：` and `“`, so can not break at these places, as showed in following doc. But actually, we may sometimes need to do so. Please note that there is no space around full width punctuations in Chinese document. doc for example: ```lmtx \setscript[hanzi] \usetypescriptfile[mscore] \usebodyfont [mschinese,20pt] \showframe \starttext \dorecurse{5}{“好？！；”“：，。”} % linebreak sutck \dorecurse{30}{“我”} % linebreak sutck \dorecurse{30}{我} % linebreak work \dorecurse{30}{我。} % linebreak work \stoptext ``` What I see between any two consecutive punctuations are <penalty userpenalty> 10000 <glue userskip> 0 0 655500 <penalty userpenalty> 10000 <glue userskip> 0 655500 0 so nowhere to linebreak. Hebrew punctuation with SBL Hebrew

Hi, I’m running into something weird with Hebrew punctuation. Consider the example below. SBL Hebrew gives me incorrect results when there’s a vaw with a holam = וֹ just before a chet with a patach = חַ => the patach below the chet ist misplaced. If I remove the holam from the vaw, everything looks ok. Oddly, in Linux Libertine I get the correct results in both cases. Does anyone know what the problem is here? User error? A bug in SBL Hebrew (which would be very odd since that font should be designed specifically for that kind of stuff). A missing seeting? Dear all, I fear I hit a bug or missed a change. \starttext \underbar{First line}\\ Second line. \stoptext With lmtx from 2022.07.24 the lines align fine. With current lmtx the first line has a small indent. Ciao! juh
