Enumeration numbering broken

Hello, in the following example, I'm pretty sure that it should produce Lemmas and Theorems numbered continuously (i.e., one common counter for both of them) and moreover, the numbers should (due to bychapter) be preceded by chapter number. In ConTeXt 2005.06.27, the enumerations are counted separately and chapter number prefix is missing. Interestingly, if Lemma and Theorem blocks are swapped, they become really Theorem 1 and Lemma 2. The chapter number is still missing. Not possible to redefine inbetween in \definedescription

Hello All! I think that I've found a bug in descriptions. It seems that it is impossible to redefine inbetween option -- it always produces a \blank. context-doc inclusion in miktex

hi all, The miktex under windows XP does not include the context-doc.cab files. It is not listed in the package manager also. footnote within \startlines \stoplines

Dear Hans, Example 1 below causes TeX to hang and I have to abort the TeX run whereas Example 2 works when I omit \startlines / \stoplines and use \crlf. I have included the console readout for Example 1 below. I can get by with Example 2 but I thought I should let you know. presentations in ConTeXt

I've decided to bite the bullet and do my presentations in ConTeXt this term. So far, I'm quite satisfied. I've done only very basic stuff so far (if you're interested, you can have a look at http:// www.uni-bonn.de/www/Philologie/Personal/Schmitz/Dateien.html ), but I like the result. The background is just a pdf-image that I created with metapost and reused as a page background (I found this was faster and easier than recalculating it every time...) Things I would like to know: I like the idea of having the small bar showing at which place in the presentations we are (such as in pre-colorful). I'd like it very minimal, though: maybe just grey squares, with the current position being white or yellow. I have a hunch that this could be achieved with \setupinteractionbar, but this command is a bit underdocumented. Hints, anybody? I am still at a loss how to achieve one thing in ConTeXt that was pretty easy in Keynote or (shudder) Powerpoint: When I wanted to highlight something on a map or a picture, I would just draw a red circle around it. What would be the proper way to do this in ConTeXt? Adding a layer with a red circle drawn in Metapost, then positioning it by trial and error? Or can anyone point to a better solution? And lastly: I have never seen transitions working on OS X (both Apple's Preview and Adobe Reader 7.0). Can anybody confirm that they got this working on other systems? Sorry for the long post. Footnote Follies

Just finished a highly formatted job for a customer. Something occurred that isn't supposed to happen with Tex. The reference number for a footnote was on page "a" and the footnote itself was on page "a+1." As it happened the footnote was placed at the end of a paragraph and the paragraph ended in a left parens. So I had: blah blah blah.)\footnote{text of note} Also \goodbreak and \clubpenalty 10000 in combination still do not prevent all orphan (club) lines. Perhaps there is a magic Context incantation that I missed. -- John Culleton

colorizing item numbers

I'm new to ConTeXt and puzzling over a text I'm trying to set a text where item numbers (or letters, or symbols for that matter) need to be either color or grayscale. Here's what I'm thinking, though, obviously the code doesn't work: \startitemize[\color[darkred]{n}, packed, inmargin] . . . \stopitemize Any ideas?
