Cell padding in natural tables

Hello, There was that question to which I could not find an answer: http://www.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2002/000140.html So, is there a way to set the cell padding in natural tables? And by the way, is there a way to lock the total width of the table without setting the width of individual cells? Regards, David

m-bib sorting, etc.

Another question on m-bib: Is it possible to get the bib list alphabetized? Or is the only way this can work if the bib file itself is so, and I use the bbl sort option? Also, I am getting some weird vertical spacing in the list (like extra blank space between a couple of entries). Is there any suggested workaround for this? Bruce

Hello, the example further down works fine with the latex standard fonts and e.g. eulervm, but not with fourier. Could somebody help me? Hi Willy, Thanks! Using \setupbodyfont solves my first problem. Unfortunately, using \plaatsinhoud[criterium=onderwerp] does not solve my second problem. No table of contents is generated. Cheers! Roelof

lucida bright on mac os x (gwtex)

Dear context users, Does anyone have experience in setting up Gerben Wierda's gwTex for Mac OS X to use ConTeXt and lucida bright fonts? Could you advice me where to buy the fontset for Mac OS X? And can anyone offer me a pointer to good step-by-step recipe to convert and install the fontset? I know I ask a lot in just a few lines, but my guess is that people have figured out how to do this before. Regards, Jacob

\title in the table of contents

Good evening. I'm sorry to post one more rahter simple question, but I'm desperate because I can't solve it myself. In my document I use numbered chapters (\chapter) and non-numbered chapters (\title). I want both to be in the table of content. How can I do it? I tried two solutions, but none worked. First I tried: \definehead[title][chapter] \setuphead[title][number=no, command=\MyTitleCommand] This puts the title to the table of content, but it increases the chapter number, so \title{Foreword} \title{Introduction} \chapter{First chapter} makes that the First chapter has number 3. Then I tried \definehead[title][chapter] \setuphead[title][number=no, incrementnumber=no, command=\MyTitleCommand] which has the same effect as only \setuphead[title][number=no, command=\MyTitleCommand] without the \definehead line -- titles are not placed into the table of contents. So, how can I have not-numbered chapters which don't increment the chapter number placed in the table of contents? Many thanks M.K.

Two questions on ConText

Hi, I'm using Context to typeset a book. As I use the Lucida fonts, I have \usetypescript[lucida][texnansi] \switchtobodyfont[lucida, 10pt] \stelhoofdstekstenin[onderwerp][paginanummer][book title] Unfortunately, if the "onderwerp" contains extended characters, they are not shown in the header text. Can this be done, and if so, how can I do it? In my file ,,boek.tex'', I have line saying ,,\plaatsinhoud'' (I use \onderwerp for my chapters, and \subonderwerp for my subchapters). The command \plaatsinhoud doesn't result in a table of contents being produced (my silent hope). Can I get a table of contents? How? Thanks! Roelof Langman

small articles in columns?

Hello, I want to tyeset some smaller text parts in columns on one page. I would like to place each text into it's own set of columns. Is it possible to have each text spread equally over some columns, so that the next text starts on the leftmost column again? Haven't found any parameter for this in the documentation. TIA, __Janko
