underbrace under stacked math error with latest beta (2013.12.26)

A minimal example: --------------- cut -------------------- \def\2#1#2{\vcenter{\halign{\hfil ##\hfil\cr #1\cr#2\cr}}} \def\ptwo#1#2{\left(\2{#1}{#2}\right)} \starttext \startformula \underbrace{\ptwo{specific}{heat}}_{1} \stopformula \stoptext --------------- cut -------------------- It works with 2013.05.28 00:36 MKIV current, correctly producing ( specific ) heat (with bigger parens) with an underbrace and a 1 underneath the brace. With 2013.12.26 12:50 MKIV beta, I get this error: ! The "\ptwo{specific}{heat}" by itself is fine. Only when it is wrapped in the \underbrace does the problem occur. -Sanjoy

\quotation with yfrak-font?

doublestroke

Hi, I'm writing math and I'm using "modern", and I would like to use "doublestroke". There is an example here, http://www.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2008/037124.html, but I think it's not likely to work since families aren't used anymore. I really can't think how it should be done, and all I've found would be through some substitution mechanism as described in "fonts-mkiv.pdf". I could use an example of replacing a "vector" of a font, by another font. There might be things too with "simplefonts" and "fallback" mechanism, but I haven't seen examples with math. pdf format

In the past, when viewing the pdf produced by ConTeXt in the viewer of my browser (Safari) there is shown one page at a time. Old ones still do this. But pdf produced nowadyas is different, 4 pages appear in the browser window. The same happens for example looking at the latest LuaTeX manual. Has something changed in pdf production? Perhaps some parameter that the Adobe-plugin of the browser lets show the pdf that way? And if this is indeed the case, how can I get the original behaviour of one page per view back? Rebuilding the font cache: segmentation fault 11

Hello all, did anyone else experience this: fonts | names | globbing path '/Users/willi/Library/Fonts/**.ttf' fonts | names | globbing path '/Library/Fonts/**.ttf'Segmentation fault: 11 I struggle with this issue since I stepped over to a new Mac book Air. Is there something tricky in the Library/Fonts directory? May be a subfolder could cause this? Kind regards Will

Request for metapost

I know that metapost can send the variables "version", "number", "string", "point", "quad", "boolean" and "path" to Context. "triplet" variable can't pass. Statistical module for Metapost

I'm trying play with the statistical package** for metapost from Anthony Phan. I found this strange problem: This code runs fine: \startMPcode label.bot(btex Metapost and Statistics etex,(5mm,0)) ; \stopMPcode Also, this code run fine: \startMPcode input mps-core.mp; draw fullcircle scaled 1cm ; \stopMPcode But this don't run!! \startMPcode input mps-core.mp label.bot(btex Metapost and Statistics etex,(5mm,0)) ; \stopMPcode What can coming from the module "mps-core.mp" that interfere with Metapost labels? Using input maps for ITRANS to devanagari with context m-iv

Hello All, Xetex allows the use of input maps such as xetex-itrans for taking input in ITRANS transliteration and converting to devanagari . xetex-itrans package is at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/xetex/generic/itrans/ . Information is at http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/xetex-itrans I am planning to use context-m-iv for some Sanskrit documents. Is it possible to use the input maps with Context m-iv ? Thanks, Shree Devi

cannot update latest beta

Dear list, I have just tried to update ConTeXt to latest beta (as many times before) with "rsync -ptv rsync://contextgarden.net/minimals/setup/first-setup.sh ." and I got the following error message: rsync: failed to connect to contextgarden.net (193.2.4.200): No route to host (113) rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(128) [Receiver=3.1.0pre1] Is anyone experiencing the same error?
