Avoid double entries in ToC

Hi, I got a very special case: In a booklet of forms, each form must appear twice, but only once in the ToC. At the moment, every form is a chapter in a component that I include twice. Upvalue error pdfpaperheight

Troubles with presentations

Hello all, I would like to ask for a piece of help with presentations. I decided to use the way described at http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Presentations and http://wiki.contextgarden.net/RawSteps. (I use TL 2015.) Problems I came across are: 1. On the first slide, a line with the word "yes" has been generated. (Sometimes more than once, in dependence of number of modules.) 2. Command SetupSteps is undefined. 3. Command StartSteps is defined but not applied. What I am doing wrong? Is somewhere any more detail documentation? footnote in title

I thought something like this had been asked on the list recently, but a search came up empty: how to get footnotes to titles typeset? \automigrateinserts \starttext \startchapter [title={Silly title\footnote{With a silly footnote}}] More text.\footnote{With more footnotes.} \stoptext I thought \automigrateinserts was the magic command, but the note symbol is set, the content of the note disappears. latest beta

Hi Hans, the latest beta does not replace xml entities for which I have defined something like \xmltexentity{degree}{\textdegree} The problem is not there in 2015.09.13 13:31, but in 2015.10.09 21:28 (sorry don't have all the betas in between). I can make you a test file if you need it, but I guess the problem is obvious. Thomas

setupheader[state=high|empty]

Hi, if I try \setupheader[state=high] (or empty), it works only for the first chapter; i.e. at the start of second and every following chapter, the header text is visible. Is this intentional? Disable form fields, keep layout

If I disable interactive elements with \setupinteraction[state=stop], my form fields (widgets) disappear. This is of course intended, but I’d like to keep their space, because otherwise my form layout breaks completely. Is there any option to disable form field generation, but keep their size (i.e. their framed structure)? I need the same form for print and for online use, and it’s inconvenient to kick the fields out using Acrobat Pro...
