Tagging nested itemize with interaction

Dear Hans, Consider the following MWE with nested multi-column itemize and item label: \setuptagging[state=start] \setupinteraction[state=start] \starttext \startitemize[n] \item[label] First \startitemize[a, columns] \item Second \item Third \stopitemize \stopitemize\crlf Bla \in{Item}[label]. \stoptext The above results in a PDF whose tag tree looks as follows: ‹document› |-‹itemgroup› itemize | |-<item> | | |-‹itemtag› | | | '-"1." | | '-‹itemcontent› | | |-"First" | | '-‹itemgroup› itemize | | |-‹item› | | | |-‹itemtag› | | | | '-"a." | | | '-‹itemcontent› | | | '-"Second" | | '-‹item› | | |-‹itemtag› | | | '-"b." | | '-‹itemcontent› | | '-"Third" | '-‹link› | '-"Item 1" |-"Bla" '-"." In this tag tree, the ‹link› item is placed wrongly inside the topmost ‹itemgroup›. It sould be located between "Bla" and ".". This happens only if: 1. An itemization with multiple columns is nested in an itemization 2. Interaction is enabled. I think this is a bug. Please consider fixing it. Kind regards, Christoph

Two requests for new btx subsystem

Two improvement requests for the new bibliography subsystem: 1. Tag titles (and subtitles) with the language explicitly provided in the bib entry. 2. Add editor and translator to fields supported in \cite[field][tag]. An example follows. It shows that the title generated by the \cite[title][tag] does not have an associated language, even though the bib entry specifies one and the publications manual indicates that this is intended for the rendering and hyphenation of the title. It is apparently used for that in the bibliography, but it is needed as well in the text. (And yes, /Formenwandlungen/ does have the same hyphenation points in both German and English; this was just a convenient example.) It also shows that [translator] is not inserted into the text. *NOTE* that when \cite[editor][tag] is attempted (and present in the bib entry) compilation halts with the Lua error no string to print, but continues to completion when allowed. \mainlanguage[en] \startbuffer[TestBib] @BOOK{Tschichold1953, author = {Jan Tschichold}, title = {Formenwandlungen der \&-Zeichen}, year = {1953}, publisher = {D. luatex

Hi, Luigi and I are currently looking into Lua 5.3 in combination with LuaTeX. We have an experimental setup and all seems to work well, which given the new number model of Lua is good news. Depending on how we compile the binaries we either gain some speed or in the worst case loose half the performance but that will be sorted out one of these days as we know where to look. For most users the consequences will be minimal but for those who use a lot of Lua it makes sense to keep an eye on the subtle differences between 5.2 and 5.3 which is why I post this. For TeXLive we don't expect the switch before 2019 (so 2018 will ship two binaries with the 5.2 one the official one) but for the context distribution we will make the switch earlier so that we can test in real situations. autopunctuation—semicolon key oddity

Using the “semicolon” key with a space before it does not work. substituting characters in math font

I need to substitute the regular and italic characters of a publisher’s non-math font (Unicode) for those in a math font. The non-math addresses are: 0041-005A, 0061-007A %italic uppercase and lowercase 0391-03A9, 03B1-03C9 %slanted Greek uppercase and lowercase The math addresses are: 1D434-1D44D, 1D44E-1D467 %italic uppercase and lowercase 1D6E2-1D6FA, 1D6FC-1D714 %slanted Greek uppercase and lowercase Is there a way to use the \definefallbackfamily mechanism that does not assume that the characters have the same Unicode addresses? Or is some other approach required? Alan

vertical alignment of images in Natural Table

Hello, I am trying to vertically align images within a bTABLE/Natural Table cell. The result should be 4 cards on an A4 page with a simple maths exercise and a small image that illustrates the exercise. The image should be horizontally and vertically centered within the space after the text. Exercise text and image size vary somewhat, so a fixed placement is not possible. I have tried \vfill, but it seems to have no effect in a Natural Table. Similarly, \placefigure has not worked for me. As basic layout I am using a Natural Table (4 x 4 cells per page, 12 pages), maybe not the best solution. Alternative suggestions are most welcome. Suggestions would be much appreciated. Undesirable space with mixedcolumns

Hello, I notice a space when I use the command \math{\lim\limits_{n \to +\infty} 0,8^n=0} and mixedcolumns. Thanks. Hello, some time passed... I'm still trying to: - download hvdm-plc documentation (link http://www.hvandermeer.com/publications is broken) - install & use hvdm-plc module (which may be named differently under ConTeXt distribution). There was a mail traffic on this theme but I'm not sure all has been finished so that there is a HvdM's "place-block" module available under Ctx. So - what is the state of the module, in relationship with Ctx?
