fit & width don't seem to get along in itemize lists

As per the wiki & mailing lists, the following should give me a numbered list with the numbers right aligned: \startitemize[n,fit,packed] [itemalign=flushright,distance=12pt,width=60pt] \dorecurse{10}{\item blablabla} \stopitemize Unfortunately, with the "fit" setting, the "width" setting stops working. (However, "fit" seems to be necessary for the right-alignment.) What I would like to do is finetune the spacing after the number. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry for sending this again. I forgot to change the subject in the previous email and as a result my post got tagged on to an unrelated post. Can someone please tell me how to get bold math symbols in Context. I am using ConTeXt ver: 2009.06.14 21:01 MKIV fmt: 2009.7.7 int: english/english Also, does Tikz work with the latest version of context minimals? Thank you for your help.

Context and Circuitikz

Hi all. After a request to make Circuitikz compatible with Context, I tried my hand at it a bit and I would say it's mostly done. I'm having some trouble with the module mechanism of context though (inputting the t-context.tex file seems to work, but using the module does not), and I'd need some help with this. Could I send anybody the code as it is, and possibly get some feedback on the kind of errors I get? Thank you! M. Redaelli

\seeindex problems

hi, \seeindex gets me the follwing error (see bellow). This error is the same as described in http://www.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2004/005992.html. This message is too old. I just want to now how can I solve it (not there is three cont-new: cont-new.tex, cont-new.mkii and cont.new.mkiv). lpeg substitution

Hi all, I'm working on my Greek module again and am trying to filter and massage the input via lpeg, but there's something I don't quite get. As a minimal example: suppose I want to substitute A and B in my input with X and leave all other letters alone. Change whitespace before item?

Say I want to change the whitespace before an item in an enumeration. The diagram below: |.....(a) Item 2 |.....(b) item 2 Say I want to change the whitespace (represented by the dots) in a list? How can I do that? Tried various settings: changing margin, adding hskip, but nothing seems to do the trick. There doesn't seem to be anything in the docs... How can I get a question answered on this list, BTW? It seems that no one either knows anything or are too busy for simple questions. FYI, devs, this language is going to die if you don't get more users....

problem with layers and line spacing

Hi, I am attempting to do some work with layers that can repeat (and update) using \startsetups & \stopsetups. However I find that the line spacing in a \framed in the layers is not alterable and instead tracks the font size on the page. I'm attaching a simple example (it shows the same issue under MKII and MKIV, although the \vbox{} example does not work under MKII). If you remove the \startsetups and \stopsetups the line spacing works like it should. While they are used, the line spacing in the layer's \framed tracks the setting in \switchtobodyfont[12pt]. It does not track to either 6pt or 8pt. And I can't find a way to reset the spacing (I tried adding in a \setupinterlinespace[reset]). Am I doing something wrong? I've tried with MKIV 2009.06.03 and 2009.08.07, and MKII at contextgarden. Thanks! missing space between text and a formula

Hi, I found the solution to my problem about missing space between text and a formula in MKII when using \indenting[next] (see http://archive.contextgarden.net/message/20080424.112935.a81d9346.en.html) however it seems to me that the proposed fix hasn't been applied to the ConTeXt distribution after that. \currentdate and language deo
