Installation problem (was Updates without rsync)

Hello everyone, I wanted to get a clean, up-to-date installation of Context on Windows (without using rsync), so started from scratch as follows: 1. Downloaded http://www.pragma-ade.com/context/install/minimals-snapshot-mswin.zip 2. Unzipped to C:\Tools\context 3. Renamed C:\Tools\context\texmf-context to texmf-context-old 4. Downloaded cont-tmf.zip and unzipped contents to c:\Tools\context\texmf-context 3. From command window, ran: cd \Tools\context setuptex mktexlsr luatools --generate luatools --selfupdate mtxrun --selfupdate texexec --make context --make 4. Is this an encoding problem?

Hi, I'm using the lines below in the start of a book '.tex' file. It selects the 'gentium' pre-defined typeface, and the file itself was done using utf8. However, a few unicode characters desapear or cause small problems, like these (unicodes between 2012 and 2015): ― (before spoken text) - (hyphen) I thought they could be missing from the font, but I have already used gentium by just loading the font, before I learned about typefaces. (I did download the font from its site, however, instead of using that from minimals.) Did I do anything wrong? Error with \placefootnotes

With the following sample and MkIV \starttext \setupfootnotes[location=text] This\footnote{Or that, if you prefer.} is a sentence with a footnote. \placefootnotes \stoptext I get: ! Undefined control sequence. \doplacenotes ... \endgroup \the \everysetupnotes <to be read again> \fi <to be read again> \stoptext l.5 \stoptext I think \everysetupnotes in strc-not.tex, line 913 should be \everysetupnote, but after fixing it the output isn't correct, any ideas? updates without rsync

Gentlemen and Ladies, I am using ConTeXt on a company Windows PC behind two firewalls with no possibility of accessing or changing the firewalls. I've tried to update using the minimals installation and rsync, but nothing gets through. What is the recommended method of updating to the latest ConTeXt when rsync is not an option? The last time I tried, I downloaded cont-tmf.zip from http://www.pragma-ade.com/download-1.htm and unzipped the contents to overwrite everything in texmf-local. Is this still the best way? Thanks. Indent after formula in enumeration

Hi, I have \setupformulae[indentnext=auto] but when I put a \startformula \stopformula in demo environment it does not indent. Why? What can I do for getting that? Theorems with arguments like amsthm

Hi, I have my environment of context that defines the theorems and lemmas like amsthm in latex. For example, for lemmas, I have: \defineenumeration [lemma] [text={Lemma},headstyle=bold,between=\blank,titledistance=0em,textdistance=1em, stopper={.\space},location=serried,left={\bgroup\bf},right={\egroup},width=fit,style=italic] The question is how can I get the typical argument of lemmas: "Lema 4.1 (superadditive lemma)"? How can I add the possibility that lemma _could_ have one argument (the phrase in parentesis)?. I'm not a TeX programmer, such a ConTeXt user. Any hint? Thanks, Xan.

Hi, There is most probably a bug related to the module units. Only the last argument is typeset: \usemodule[units] \starttext \Centi \Meter \Centi \Liter \Milli \Meter \Square \Kilo \Meter \stoptext Kind regards Willi
