(again) bug with bidi direction and \about references

Hi Hans, sorry for telling again, but I’m afraid that the following sample shows a serious buggy interaction between \setupdirections[bidi=on] and \about references. \setupdirections[bidi=on] \starttext \section[sectionone]{Section one} As said in \dorecurse{5} {\about[sectionone]\footnote{Body reference misplaced.}, } \stoptext Both \about and footnote references in body are misplaced. Define a new command from the command \periods[n]

Hi, Is it possible to redefine the command \periods[n] to have a line that goes from the end of the word to the edge of the page without having to play on the number n ? Steps in presentation

Hello, I tried to use some steps in a presentation. In the following conversation http://www.mail-archive.com/ntg-context@ntg.nl/msg53524.html, Wolfgang says that we can use the pre-60 module. Leave out reference to page if on the same page?

Suppose I have this fragment: is shown in \in{figure}[foo] on \at{page}[foo]. \placefigure [] [foo] I would like to leave the fragment “on \at{page}[foo]” out of the text if the figure ends up on the same page as the \at. Is that doable or is this a matter of manual tweaking at the end? G

Hyphenatedurl: custom line-break symbol, disable stretching

Dear list, I typeset URLs with \hyphenatedurl, and have two questions. (1) Is there a feature available to insert a custom symbol when a line-break occurs, e.g. \hookleftarrow? (2) How can I disable the stretching between characters? I've tried the following without success: \setupurl [space=no] \setupurl [urlspace=no] \unprotect \def\lang_url_space{} \protect Thanks and kind regards, Joshua

Typesetting file names with ~

Hello, which is the best way to typeset text (aka file names) containing tilde so that the tilde be visible? I guess there is a something like (inline) "verbatim" mode which makes ~ (and maybe % $ etc.) visible...
