TOC : margin size doesn't reset if next section is a chapter

LuaTeX regression?

Hi It appears that something went wrong with the svn rev. 4283 (I think 4282 was still ok). TOC : Changing the interline spacing of titles, for long titles on multiple lines

Hi, Is there a way to have, in the table of contents, the titles (of chapters, sections, subsections, etc.) with a different interline spacing than the rest of the TOC ?My TOC interline spacing is set at 1.5 (4.2ex), but I would like to have the long titles on multiples lines being only single interline spaced (2.8ex).Is there something I could add in the \setuplist[chapter] command ? math: too big space between function and argument

Dear ConTeXt folks, to markup the probability measure and the parenthesis around the argument, I defined the following command. \define[1]\P{{\mathbf P}\left( #1 \right)} Unfortunately the space between the P and the left ( is a little big in my opinion. Is that correct or should/can I fix that somehow? Thanks, Paul

Punctuation in bibliography

Dear all, is there a way for the bibliography style to scan back for punctuation marks before it inserts punctuation of its own? Simplefonts, latest beta and binoms

Hi list, I have some troubles with the simplefonts module. The following worked fine before (2011.02.25 22:03, need to add '\usemodule[newmat]'), but doesn't anymore (2011.05.18 22:26). Minimal example reproduced here. Whatever font I try, the output of the parentheses is the same. Setting the math font doesn't help either. \usemodule[simplefonts] \setmainfont[Calluna]% could be Latin Modern Roman %\setmathfont[Latin Modern Math]% as in t-simplefonts.tex \starttext \startformula \binom{1}{2} \stopformula \stoptext Regards. -- Cédric

alternating items in an itemization

I'd like to define an itemization that has two kinds of items, representing a dialogue between two people. (One could imagine extending this to more than two.) I'd like to have something like this: \startdialogue \john What did you have for breakfast? \mary I skipped breakfast today. \john Oh, why? \mary Because I wasn't hungry. I was too distraught at what had happened the previous night. \stopdialogue The \john and \mary parts would each be their own paragaphs. The paragraphs would be colored with different text backgrounds, and joined up with one another (that is, the blocks of text representing the paragraphs for the different speakers would be adjacent to one another). I've tried doing this using \defineparagraphs, \defineframedtext, and \defineenumerations, but I can't quite get the right effect; \setupcolors[state=start] \definetextbackground[john-background][backgroundcolor=green] \definetextbackground[mary-background][backgroundcolor=red] \definestartstop[dialogue] \defineparagraphs[john][before={\starttextbackground[john-background]},after={\stoptextbackground}] \defineparagraphs[mary][before={\starttextbackground[mary-background]},after={\stoptextbackground}] Putting this before the above \start/stopdialogue snippet (suitably enclosed in \start/stoptext) gives me an error about a missing "}"; I suppose I'm overlooking something. An enumeration-based solution would be along these lines: \defineenumeration [chat] \setupenumerations [chat] [joinedup,packed] \define[0]\john{\item John: } \define[0]\may{\item Mary: } I can't figure out how to get the textbackgrounds to work here, and there's a bullet symbol at the beginning of every "dialogue paragraph", which I'd rather get rid of (and I don't want the indent between the bullet and the beginning of the text). A framed-text solution starts to come close: \defineframedtext[john][frame=off,background=color,backgroundcolor=magenta] \defineframedtext[mary][frame=off,background=color,backgroundcolor=lightred] But then the boxed paragraphs are separated from each other by some vertical whitespace. Another idea would be to use tables, but I haven't explored that yet. Any suggestions for how to render "dialogues" as above in ConTeXt? Thanks, Jesse

Aligning numbers in the footnote block

Dear all, is there a way to align the numbers in the footnote block (flush) right as is done without the key "location=left" in the following?
