columnset BUG - (urgent!)

Hi, please have a look at testfile below: without a footnote everything works fine, but with the footnote the columnset gets crashed! I noticed this bug in a bigger book project: The columnset is at the end as a seperate document (\component). And the footnote was added 300 pages and 5 component files before !!! As this footnote was one of the last changes that were done before I wanted to send the book to the printer a fast help would be very much appreciated. It seems to be wait forever for the connection and then just gives up. I have a cable connection so there is no problem and have also tried this from our university computer but for some reason the server site for the standalone context distribution with the nice setup of cscite by Hans is currently not accessible for public download. Do others in the USA have the same problem? regards Vivek

columnset BUG 2

... even worse is the following: When you uncomment the lines (testfile below) the columnset gets 2 lines shorter! I experienced this when I added before the literature component a catalogue component that uses a structure like the commented lines do. Anybody knows this behaviour? Or even better a fix? low level fonts

hi all. what's your best way of getting the current font name, regardless of how it's set (e.g., typescript, unicode, definedfont, low-level \font definitions...)? I helped someone setting up TeXnicCenter/MikTeX with Context. We added a build profile for Context with texexec taking the place of latex. Fonts switching and styles ..

Hi all, I am working to setup styles in heads with the typeface karat, that i define as follows: \starttypescript [karat] \definetypeface [karat] [ss] [sans] [karat] [default] [encoding=texnansi] \stoptypescript Here is my head definition: \setuphead[part] [align=left, page=right, placehead=yes, style=???????, before={\hbox{}\vfill}, after={\vfill}, command=\MyPart] Question: what command should i use to define this head to use the karat typeface above as its style ? Updated math modules

Hello guys, attached to the following please find a .tar.bz2-packed file containing updated t-amsl and t-nath. Those of you that had any problems, please try these modules. In particular, when you had to use a workaround (e.g. \startnathequation) revert to the original (e.g. \startformula) and check that things now work correctly. If you find any problems and/or find I forgot to apply some patches, please repost your problems/patches as an answer to this email. I'll also send the updates to CTAN. -- Giuseppe "Oblomov" Bilotta
