Dear list, I have the following command: \setuphead[section][sectionsegments={chapter:section}] Is there a way to have a different numbering scheme for the appendix? Strang behaviour of apostrophe in math environments

Hello together, the code is simple: \setupbodyfont[iwona,10pt] % also tried with antykwa \starttext $ y^' = y' $ % notice that I also used a Circumflex on the left side of the eq; same below \startformula y^' = y' \stopformula \stoptext When I compile the code above, the apostrophe on the left side of the equation isn’t showing up when iwona or antykwa bodyfonts are used; it only works when using regular or sans bodyfonts. Is this behavior expected? I am wondering because when you zoom in with regular or sans bodyfont, there is a difference in vertical spacing between Apostrophe with and without Circumflex. disappearing margin text

Strange result with formulaframed

Dear Hans, I just did some experiments with the new \setupformulaframed, which you added recently after a demand by Aditya. However it seems to me that it does not do exactly what one might expect, at least in the example below. Expansion of date inside \section

Hi, I'm trying to generate daily reports and wanted to include the date in bookmarks, but there is some weird (non)expansion going on. Change font for footnote-symbols

Hello ConTeXt-Users, I want to change the font for the footnote-symbols. How do I do this? I tried to add the commands \setupnote[footnote][textstyle={\switchtobodyfont[latinmodern]}] and \setupnotation[footnote][headstyle={\switchtobodyfont[latinmodern]}]. If I only add one of these, the symbols in the text/notes at the bottom of the page, get changed, but if I add both, only the font of the symbols in the text get changed (In front of the first footnote-symbol (the 1) there is also some whitespace added, which looks like a bug or something; or I used the commands in a wrong way). So I assume, this is not the intended way. But what is the right way to do it? Thanks for your help Jannik Voges

SOLVED: too many open files

Hi again, in my current songbook project I use t-filter with LilyPond as shown in http://wiki.contextgarden.net/LilyPond with latest beta MkIV on OSX. Every line (system) of notes is included as its own PDF to leave the page breaking to ConTeXt. But since I have some hundred songs with each a few lines, it sums up... So probably it's more a general Unix question than a ConTeXt one, but anyway... ANALYSIS: $ ulimit -n 256 $ sysctl kern.maxfiles kern.maxfiles: 12288 $ sysctl kern.maxfilesperproc kern.maxfilesperproc: 10240 SOLUTION: $ ulimit -S -n 2048 (Properly describing a problem often helps to solve it. Execute ConTeXt script from outside a project's directory

Hello, I am looking for a way to run ConTeXt from an arbitrary (Unix) directory. I have tried with --path: cd / mtxrun --path /My/Project/Directory --script context main.tex but that just prints a path and exits: /Applications/ConTeXt-Beta/tex/texmf-context/scripts/context/stubs/unix/context Is there a way to specify a project's directory?
