Hello, In the Metafun manual, Hans uses macros like drawpath p ; drawcontrollines p ; drawpoints p ; drawcontrolpoints p ... How to use them in a document ? Where to find source codes ? This looks good to me. However, could you tell me a way to get the correct baseline with textext? When I use \startMPpage draw btex dummy etex shifted (0,0); draw btex foo etex shifted (1.5cm,0); \stopMPpage the baseline is the one that I would expect from TeX, i.e. at the depth of the “y” is removed or otherwise correctly accounted for. Wrong MetaPost text output

Dear devs, There seems to be a bug in the MetaPost integration of ConTeXt. The MWE below should produce three different labels “dummy foo bar” but instead produces “bar bar bar”. The same example works correctly in plain MetaPost. white space after a float in a column

Dear list members, I am struggling with floats in a two-column layout. I understand that there are three up-to-date mechanisms for columns: columnsets, pagecolumns and pagegrids. However, in neither setup I succeed in producing some extra vertical whitespace after the float if a caption is omitted (i.e. location=none in \setupcaption). Is it possible to insert more vertical white space after the intermezzo? A secondary remark: \placeintermezzo always puts the framed text at the top of the next column, no matter whether the parameter is top or bottom. But this is not a big deal. Sytse Knypstra

I do a daily update of the context distribution using the command sh ./first-setup.sh --modules=all --engine=luatex This works well, but is rather verbose on the screen. Would it be possible to have a less verbose version? Or that the script could check some kind of a checksum before deciding to download all data? Or download only part of the data (saving on some carbon footprint ;-) Thanks. .Floris

XML/HTML output of Math

Hi all, I used to compile a beamer file with LuaLaTeX to generate a PDF for presentation then convert the beamer file to XHTML with LaTeXML for Web page. Recently I begin to use ConTeXt so I try to get a PDF for presentation and also XML/HTML output from a single ConTeXt file. I have a few questions about XML/HTML output of Math. 1. In case inline math mode with \displaystyle, we get wrong output of "\int_a^b"; lower limit and upper limit are interchanged and further "b" is a bit larger and an integral symbol is rather small. (It looks "\displaystyle" is not effective, e.g see "\frac".) In case display math mode, we get very weird output of "\int_a^b". It is difficult to explain how weird it is but something like an output of "b_{\int}^a". Please check an attatched sample. We get the similar kind of weird output of "\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}". Due to these, it is impossible to use XML/HTML output of ConTeXt in real use. 2. \math{\Vmatrix{\vI, \vj, \vk; a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3}; b_{1}, b_{2}, b_{3}}} \vI, \vj, \vk are disappeared in xml/html output. What happend? align figures verticaly centered in \startcombination mode

Question to a table

Hello list! I have: \starttext \setupcombination [location=top, distance=\spaceamount] \bTABLE[align=flushleft,columndistance=0.1em] \bTR \bTD[width=2cm] Small \eTD \bTD[width=0.05\textwidth] \eTD \eTR \eTABLE \stoptext I have a question tot he sencond bTD [with 0.05\textwidth] \eTD, because: I would like to know: how can I put two different colors in this second bTD, should I do this like an overlay? There is not any text there. So that i have as an example to the list, pink and mystirose together, in one peace of the table without any text. Many thanks to the list Uschi

Bug in LMTX: Color is lost after linebreak

Dear devs, there seems to be a bug in LMTX. In the MWE below, the letter right after the linebreak is black instead of gray.
