Hello, here my m-bib questions: * The lost space after \cite[...], is it a bug or a feature? * I'm going to add some multi-lingual support to m-bib. My idea is, to replace in cont-XX.bst and bibl-XXX.tex "page" by "\pagename", "and" by "\andname" and so on. Is this method ok? If not, how should I do it (not too complicated please ;) ? If nobody knows a solution, perhaps I'm going to translate the LaTeX macros to ConTeXt (at least trying to ...). Here is the LaTeX-code, that does the thing I'm looking for: \documentclass{article} \usepackage{mdwlist} \begin{document} \begin{basedescript}{\desclabelstyle{\pushlabel}\desclabelwidth{6em}} \item[Short] This is a shorter item label, and some text that talks about it. widgets in layers (property)

Hi all, I want to use widgets (tooltip, buttons,..) in some stacked pdf layers. My problem is, that the widgets are somehow not bound to the state of their layer. They are still active, even if the surrounding layer is deactivated. I add a mimimal example (it's best to open the 'Layers' tab in acrobat). The first layer with tooltip ist not active, the second one is active, but has no tooltip. Just move the mouse over the text and you can see the tooltip from the deactivated layer one. I have also tried it with a fieldstack, but 'annotations cannot be inside an XForm'. Any hints are welcome. Hello, finally I got bold small caps with the attached module. It's certainly a bad hack, but unfortunately I don't know nothing about typescripts, variants and other details about fonts in ConTeXt (it looks too complicated to me...). 'Glossary' on every page

Hello to all, I have a problem: I want to add a kind of glossary on a book. It will be, in fact, an explanation of acronyms ('NATO: North Atlantic Treaty Organisation' for instance). But... I'd want it on every page, only for the acronyms used on the current page (and alphabetically sorted if possible)... I tried using layers (with or without tying them to backgrounds), blocks (\begin... \end...), buffers, list of synonyms, etc. but I had problems with one of the requirements or another. :-) My first idea was to use blocks for each page : \beginABREV[1] NATO: North Atlantic Treaty Organisation \endABREV \beginABREV[1] BLOB: Binary Large Object \endABREV and to use them with \useblocks[ABREV][\pagenumber] in the footer. To be sure to give the right page number to \beginABREV, I tried to define a label and use it, something like (from memory, I don't have my code near to me): \reference[abbrev\ABREVcount]% Put a label \beginABREV[{\ref[r][abbrev\ABREVcount]}]% and use the label to get the current page on subsequent runs. but I went on a nightmare of expansion problems... Plus it didn't eliminate duplicates nor sort the acronyms. But it would have been a start... :-) Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks in advance, Gilles.

Hello, I need a \relax in symb-eur.tex to keep the space after the euro-symbol: \definecharacter texteuro {\symbol[euro]\relax} Test-file: \usemodule[symb-eur] \useregime[il9] \enableregime[il9] \starttext X € X \stoptext Two other questions: - What is the best way, to get never the serif version of the euro, only the sans? - Is this the right way, to activate the euro-variations: "\usemodule[symb-eur]" ? I'm trying to play with colors in textext inclusions: \setupcolors[state=start] \setupMPpage[offset=2mm] \startuseMPgraphic{test} label(textext("\color[green]{XYZ}"), (0,0)); \stopuseMPgraphic \starttext \forceMPTEXgraphictrue \startMPpage \includeMPgraphic{test} \stopMPpage \stoptext This label does not appear in green, although the intermediate files contain: % figure 1 : texpictures[1] := btex \color [green]{XYZ} etex ; Is it possible that \setupcolors[state=start] is not communicated? If so, how and where should this be done? \setupcolors[state=start] cannot be put inside the textext as it is a preamble thing (tried it) (note: although one could do: "label(textext("XYZ"), (0,0) withcolor green;" this interferes with other macro operations I want to perform) yours sincerely, dr.
