XeConTeXt and Euler

Hi, I'm pretty new to ConTeXt, so please bear with me if the following has already been asked (I have not found any answer in the archives, though). My goal is to use an arbitrary text font together with the Euler math font. I am able to use a few combinations in ConTeXt, e.g. Palatino with Euler, without problems. But when I switch to XeConTeXt (to use my system's fonts), some Euler's math accents do not show up properly (\hat) or not at all (\acute, \grave, \bar, \breve, \dot, \ddot, \tilde, \check). I guess the problem is the different encoding (and possibly the use of virtual fonts), but I know that Euler works in XeTeX: is it possible to make it work in XeConTeXt? Below you find my sample code. \indenting... what's wrong?

Hi all, I was testing a very simple file: \setupindenting[15pt,yes] \starttext \indenting[next] This is a test this is a test this is a test this is a test \startformula a+b \stopformula \stoptext As soon as I put in the \indenting[next] command, the space before \startformula is eliminated. [I know the \indenting[next] is not useful here...] What's going on here? Thanks! textblocks in tables

Hi list After writing some documents in LaTeX I discovered ConTeX. It's a great macro package for TeX. It gives me the flexibility I missed with LaTeX. However it isn't that easy to start with :-) Especially when some advanced functionality is needed... I write a document where I have to describe requirements. I want to give these requirements a running number over all chapters and I also need to prioritise them. My idea is to describe the requirements in several chapter. At the end I want to list all the requirements together with their priority. texshow does not read t-vim.xml

Umlaut causes footnotline to jump

Hi, again, unfortunately close to the printing, we have found an insoluble ugly detail in the footnotes. There is a very strange thing with german umlaut (actually it took me 2 hours to see this point). Have a look at the example below: When you change the \"O to O the interlinespace snaps back to its correct value. But \"O (or Ü the same) does not always distort the interlinespace. It's just sometimes (and to me unpredictably...). grid and \definelayout

Hi, I tried to enable the grid with the \definelayout command. This seems to be not possible and can only be done with the \setuplayout command. The reason is that I set up the layout in one of my modules with a own setup command and the current setup option is choosen by a keyword, e.g. \setupmymodule[firstpage][..,..=..,..] creates \definelayout[firstpage] with the comma seperated list between the second brackets. Is it there something build in that im unable to find and if not is it possible to include this, because I try to avoid adding another option that is neccessary to enable/disable the grid. Wolfgang

How to include unicode characters in a comment?

Hi When I'm using ======================= \setupinteraction [state=start] \enableregime [utf] \usemodule [chi-00] \starttext \startcomment[中文] 中文 \stopcomment 中文 \stoptext ======================= and use Adobe Reader v7 to view the output file. The comment only shows lookaheaduchar{78}{45} and something like that. I hope someone can give me a hand. Thanks. By the way, can I change the icon of the comment?
