Indentation in itemize

Hello Folks, Is there a way to have the first level of items indented. The second and subsequent levels are indented by default, but how does one achieve indentation of the first level. I looked at the options in the Context manual and I see that the default value of indentnext is yes. However, I think that applies second level onwards. Thanks in advance.

lucida and mactex 2008

Hello, I have been using the lucida fonts without problems for a long time. They work like a charm with mactex 2007 but moving to the 2008 version I've found that some math symbols are shuffled or simply do not appear in the pdf. For example, \midint compiles correctly but do not appear in the pdf result. I have checked everything that I can imagine but cannot find a reason for this behaviour. As example, the result that I get when i compile \setupcolors[state=start] \usetypescript[lucida][texnansi] \usetypescript[lucidabfm][texnansi] \usetypescript[lucidaboldmath][texnansi] \setupbodyfont[lucida,10pt] \starttext \showmathcharacters \stoptext can be seen at http://www.ugr.es/~alaminos/_Media/lucida-2008.pdf Any ideas? I need bold math italic and symbols

Hi, Can anyone show me how to write math contents in bold and italic fonts? {\bf } can only produce upright letters. In LaTeX, we can make use of the command \pmb for this purpose. Is there any shortcut like this in Context? Thanks. -- Zhaopeng XING Tinbergen Institute
