Footnotes conflict with bodytext

standard focus with interaction is not working

\setupinteraction[focus=standard] has no effect, I get the usual "fit page" mode instead. Works fine with MkII. Example: \setupinteraction[state=start,focus=standard] \starttext \goto{Knuth}[knuth] \page \input knuth \textreference[knuth]{} \stoptext A side note, I'm just wondering why "standard" isn't the default mode, "fit page" is very annoying and distracts me while reading and I wonder why anyone would need that in regular documents? I used ConTeXt ver 2007.09.28 MKII but I think this error is in more actual versions. 2) For the other hand, if we want to that publisher is inserted, we have to put uncomment lines in publisher: \insertpublisher{}{, }{}% With this change, context puts me the year of publication. Mysteriously with the original, ConTeXt puts me the publisher (is this correct Taco???). For the other hand, in @article, for example in @article{stillwell, title = "The Word Problem and the isomorphism problem for groups", author = "John Stillwell", journal = "Bulletin (New Series) of the American Mathematical Society", volume = 6, number = 1, year = 1982, month = "Jan" } I think it could be a dot after number, but I can't put manually: if we have pages after, we have dot and comma. Actually, I think we need if clause, but I don't know how get it. Taco, you surely do it better ;-). Always the bib entries should be final dot (isn't?). 3) For the other hand, I think we need a dot between pages and note in @article. For example in @article{novikov, author = "P. S. An interesting default for recurselevel in xetex

Hi, Guess what happens when you run this with xetex \starttext\recurselevel\stoptext This is a side effect of the definition of \dofastrecurse. After using \dofastrecurse, the default value of recurselevel is \number\fastrecursecounter rather than 0. I don't think that this will have any side effects. Aditya
