layer problem

But I have a 20cm printed into the pdf. It's exactly the structure I'm using for many other projects. Where it works fine. Any ideas? XeLaTeX logo

Dear Hans, may I request the addition of XeLaTeX logo to ConTeXt core? I'm not sure if there's an official version of it, but I would simply define it the same way as XeTeX logo, only replacing \kern-.15em \TeX} with \kern0em \LaTeX} at the end of definition. (The original XeLaTeX logo definition is extra-complicated, so I'm not sure how it's done. I suspect that they use -0.125 kerning between mirrored E and L, but that makes the two letters clash too much. It's in tex/latex/metalogo/metalogo.sty) Thanks a lot, Mojca

Macros for paper feedback form

I am trying to make a set of macros for a paper feedback form. In this case PC Woonplaats. Is there a smart way to calculate the right value? Another problem is that the distance between lines with fillinrules is about twice as big as with normal lines. I get: Underfull \hbox (badness 10000) in alignment at lines 39--49 [][][][][] ! Misplaced \noalign. \TABLEnoalign ->\noalign \bgroup \let \noalign \relax \let \next = \insertTABLEtail ->\TABLEnoalign {\global \settrue \preventTABLEbreak \globa... \stoptable ->\chuckTABLEautorow \insertTABLEtail \TABLEnoalign {\globalletem... l.60 \stoptable and h gives: I expect to see \noalign only after the \cr of an alignment. vim syntax highlighting in MKIV

Hi Hans, Mojca, Aditya and List, just tried to use the vim Syntax Highlighting module in ConTeXt MKIV, but if running the documents complains it searches a file called filename-vimsyntax.tmp-vimsyntax.tmp sure that file not exists but there is a file called filename-vimsyntax.tmp is there a way to do a workaround so that the vim Syntaxhighlighting module would work in MKIV or does it need to be rewriten completedly? breaking a line

Dear all I should break a line to correct for an "Overfull \hbox ..." error. How can I achieve this, so that the line before the manual line break remains justified. Example: Original text "Abb. 1. Männchen von Megarhyssa rixator, einer charakteristischen Schlupf- wespe von im Holz lebenden Pflanzenwespen. R. Burri. Während der " The word "Schlupf" cannot be hyphenated any further and therefore "Schlupfwespe" should be put on the next line. However, the above line above becomes raggedright with standard commands, e.g. \crlf. So, how can I force the word "Schlupfwespe" to the next line so that the the entire paragraph remains justified? The command should be the equivalent to LaTeX's \linebreak command. Any suggestions welcome. Regards Hannes

linking to equations with leqalignno?

Hello, I am a bit lost. I am using this format for an equation: ----------------------------------------------------------------- \placeformula[nohair] \startformula \leqalignno{ - M^{}_{\bullet}a^{2}_{\bullet} = & M^{}_{2} = - \frac{J^{2}_{1}}{M^{}_{0}} \,, \cr - M^{}_{\bullet}a^{3}_{\bullet} = & J^{}_{3} = \frac{M^{}_{2}J^{}_{1}}{M^{}_{0}}\,. \cr } \stopformula ----------------------------------------------------------------- but then,using \in[nohair] to link to the equation in the text of the document does not work. I get a [??] I think this is related to leqalignno, because \in[] works fine without it. What should I do in this case? thanks, Pau

extra row at the end of matrix

The matrix from the following example has an extra row at the end. ============= \starttext \startformula A = \startmatrix[left={\left(\,},right={\,\right)}] \NC 1 \NC 2 \NR \NC 3 \NC 4 \NR \stopmatrix \stopformula \stoptext ============= I am using mkiv version: MTXrun | current version: 2010.07.30 11:35 This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.62.0-2010082314 Removing the last \NR fixes the problem, but this is certainly different from the previous mkiv/mkii behavior.
