Hi, a) this minimal example does not work as expected. The first column is not justified correctly on top. This does not change, even when swapping small, big, medium (e.g. make 1st col medium and 2nd small). The offset stays the same regardless of the linespacing. \starttext \startcolumns[n=3] \setupinterlinespace[small] \input knuth \column \setupinterlinespace[medium] \input knuth \column \setupinterlinespace[big] \input knuth \stopcolumns \stoptext b) Is there a possibility to use relative sizes like \setupinterlinespace[2*big] (which does not work)? Fullpage does not work after updating minimals

ConTeXt does not execute MetaPost here

Hi, MetaPost embedded in ConTeXt does not work here, but plain MetaPost works fine: This [1] test works fine if i call mpost test.1 I can see a circle. But this [2] fails. Does ConTeXt expect MetaPost to have the executable named "mp"? \footnote in \placefigure

Dear ConTeXt users, I am using the following piece of code: \placefigure[right]{Zerfall von Pangäa\footnote{\hyphenatedurl{http://www.geologie.uni-frankfurt.de/staff/Homepages/Oschmann/Oschmann/Homepage/P21-Homepage/P21-9-Evolution.html}, zugegriffen am 3. Januar 2010}}{\externalfigure[Zerfall_von_Pangäa][width=70mm]} It works for some figures but for others it doesn't. In the second case neither the footnote nor the number in the subtitle of the picture is shown. Could anyone explain me why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Regards, Hannes

TABLE in a flow chart

Hi, I want to include a TABLE in a flow chart, but the table is shifted by an offset. Escaping from modes set for "tabulate"

Hello, is it possible to escape from modes (fonts) defined in \starttabulate[...]? I mean just for header - to escape the math mode and to switch to normal font temporarily: --- \starttext I get: \starttabulate[|lT|mc|p|] \NC Code \NC Symbol \NC Description \NC\NR \HL \NC Gamma \NC \gamma \NC Self weight \NC\NR \stoptabulate And I'd rather get: \starttabulate[|l|c|p|] \NC Code \NC Symbol \NC Description \NC\NR \HL \NC \tt Gamma \NC $\gamma$ \NC Self weight \NC\NR \stoptabulate But simply -- I'm looking for something like (code bellow causes errors): \starttabulate[|lT|mc|p|] \NC {\normalfont Code} \NC {\nomath Symbol} \NC Description \NC\NR \HL \NC Gamma \NC \gamma \NC Self weight \NC\NR \stoptabulate \stoptext --- Kind regards, Lukas -- Ing. Bad interaction between new interpretation of underscore and modules

Hi all, today's beta introduced a really strange problem. Consider two source files: definitions.tex: \startmodule[definitions] \def\lambdax{\lambda_x} \stopmodule[definitions] main.tex: \usemodule[definitions] \starttext blah $\lambdax$ blah. \stoptext This results in the following compile error: ! Undefined control sequence. \lambdax ->\lambda_x l.5 blah $\lambdax $ blah. ? However, if you change "\usemodule[definitions]" into "\input definitions" instead, then there is no compile error! My understanding is that the underscore is a valid character for macro names now outside of math mode, which is what is causing the problem. But I really don't understand what magic is going on in the modules code to trigger this. I would be very interested in an explanation of what is going on. Many thanks, Mathieu
