Is it possible to \cite with UPPERCASED author?

Is it possible to \cite with author in UPPERCASE without touch in my bib file? I couldn't find a tip about this, I already read Bib mod manual. I'm using MkIV. -- Wagner Macedo

wrong footnote number with latest beta

Hi there, I like to have footnote numbers with normal text (no superscript) in the footnote itself. \setupnote[footnote][rule=off,numberstyle=\tf,numbercommand=] \starttext a\footnote{b} \stoptext The sample above works right with ConTeXt stable, but not with latest beta. line numbering and margin data

Hi there, in the following sample, all lines are in a line numbering environment, but only those without margin data get actually numbered. \definemargindata[mgch] \setupmargindata[mgch][location=outer] \starttext \startlinenumbering \dorecurse{10}{\mgch[margin]unnumbered lines } \dorecurse{10}{numbered lines } \stoplinenumbering \stoptext It doesn't work either with latest stable or beta versions. ConTeXt Standalone contents

I am currently in the process of moving the production of our journal and book series from MKII to MKIV and suspect that I now have items in my personal texmf folder that are no longer needed because they are included in the distribution installed using sh //first-setup.sh --modules=all. So I was wondering if there was a listing somewhere of the fonts that come ready to use with MKIV in the ConTeXt Standalone distribution. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I have checked the wiki but have not yet found what I am looking for. Alan

Where to go????

Hi ConTeXt user's, Sorry about this question, but I want to find out to whom I should turn with the ConTeXt problem I have? I've started two threads ('Cross-document referencing not working!' and 'Cross-document referencing: How to?!') recently dealing with a cross-document referencing problem, but didn't get suggestions on how to get it solved. Perhaps it's just a minor issue!? I got one confirmation of the problem running a simple test file. This feature (described in detail in "This Way", sep 2011 (http://pragma-ade.com/show-mag-15.htm)) is critical for a project I'd like to start! But maybe this is not the right place to ask questions like these, but where should I go, if that's indeed the case? Maybe I'm not patient enough! Regards, Gerard Verhaag

font directory for ConTeXt Standalone

Hi there, I have just installed the latest beta using ConTeXt Standalone. Many thanks for the great work. I have a question: the wiki explains that the system fonts should be set in Linux with "export OSFONTDIR="/usr/local/share/fonts;$HOME/.fonts" (http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ConTeXt_Standalone#Font-Dir) It should be set after "# TODO: we could set OSFONTDIR on Mac for example", but I'm afraid I don't have such a line on my tex/setuptex file. [beta] background behaviour

Hi, in yesterday’s Context, text backgrounds between floats cover the highlighted text (text is still there, but behind the color layer). bug with footnotes in latest beta?

Hi there, I have the following sample: \definelinenote[dict] \setupnote[dict][rule=off,paragraph=yes,numbercommand=,inbetween=\quad] \setupdescriptions[dict][display=yes,location=serried,distance=.5em] \definemargindata[mgch][outer][hoffset=0.3em] \starttext \startlinenumbering \dorecurse{10}{\mgch{1}not so long anyway\dict{not}} \stoplinenumbering \stoptext And if I compile it using the beta version, no line numbering is shown in footnotes. It seems like the beta version doesn't understand \setupdescriptions. This works fine with the stable. Has the command been replaced with another one?
