Hi Aditya, It seems that numbering subformulas as described in your « My Way » magazine entitled « Using \startalign » does not work with mkiv. The following minimal example taken from page 6 of the above mentioned manual, does not result in what is described there: \starttext \placesubformula \startformula \startalign \NC a_1 x + b_1 y \NC = c_1 \NR[eq:c][c] \NC a_2 x + b_2 y \NC = c_2 \NR[eq:d][d] \stopalign \stopformula (\in[eq:c]) and (\in[eq:d]) form a linear system of equations. \stoptext Is this a known bug? Parameter scale in copypages in latest beta

Hi, I was importing a PDF inside my document, but the scale parameter is now ignored. It's reproducible with any PDF with: \starttext \copypages[tt.pdf][scale=500] \stoptext Any idea ? Thanks Charles

Index and Publications suddenly remain empty???

Dear ConTeXt users, I am bothered by this seemingly simple problem that suddenly occurred these days, while the same TeX code produced the Index and Publications chapters properly when compiling the document last May. I use the latest stable version (from May 2012) of ConTeXt on a recent Linux with TeXLive 2012 and bibtex 0.99d. The PATH is correct. m-graph.mkiv format bug

There is a bug with format() as redefined in m-graph.mkiv 1e10 and 1e-10 truncate the tailing 0. (I have not been able to fix the code...) Using a search engine.

Once, I've read about someone who, a long time ago, found it really difficult to look for pages related to LaTeX on the internet. He used to get a lot of "fetish" related pages!!! Since "context" is a very common word, I'd like to know from ConTeXt users... How do you look for "ConTeXt" stuff using search engines? Cheers, André Caldas.

bug?: component inside component

Hi, I tried to recompile a book (no project file, 1 product file, many component files) the first time for a while - but now it breaks with weird and random error messages. It starts when I have a component inside a component.. but only when I have more than just a few pages text. And is stops with e.g. "a missing bracket", "one bracket more than needed", "math module missing" etc etc. It is definitely not one of the reported errors.. and the error message changes as I add or remove some text (letters, paragraph). Also I realized that references over components borders don't work any more (they link to an external document: componentname.pdf). Is this a known bug? I found some remarks regarding broken references over component borders. Does there exists any other way of integrating tex-file into tex-files for context? I will continue trying to isolate the error.. but atm it tricks me pretty well. Thanks in advance H.

Problem with ConTeXt (MkIV), Hebrew and ligatures

This is a problem originally posted in TeX/StackExchange. However, since I have not had any luck in finding a solution I post it here too. I am confident that somebody here should know the answer. http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/73970/problem-with-context-mkiv-hebr… "Since I last played with the latest ConTeXt MkIV, there has been introduced this new feature. It now seems to combine Hebrew characters automatically when possible to ligatures. So for example. If I have a word with following two characters: U+05D5 (HEBREW LETTER VAV) U+05BC (HEBREW POINT DAGESH OR MAPIQ) ConTeXt will combine these to: U+FB35 (HEBREW LETTER VAV WITH DAGESH) However, I would need to disable this feature for a number of reasons. For example, this breaks my little database query, because the query key is changed before(?) macro gets it. So if somebody would know how to turn this off and maybe also that what has changed."
