Error markers for invalid section references

Hi, in the final stage of a document I always run a grep for ?? and xxxx on the document to find invalid references and missing bibliography entries. However, in documents that do not have a section number the references to the number are also wrong, they need to be references to the name instead of the number. In this case no error marker is printed and AFAIK not even a hint in the log file. The correct way is to use \about instead of \in. Here's an example: \setuphead [section] [number=no] \starttext \startsectionlevel [title=Alpha] See section \in[invalid]. \par %% prints ?? See section \in[sec:bar]. \par %% prints nothing See section \about[sec:bar]. %% correct reference \startsectionlevel [title=Foo] \stopsectionlevel \startsectionlevel [title=Bar, reference=sec:bar] \stopsectionlevel \stopsectionlevel \stoptext The wrong \in[invalid] reference receives an easy to find error marker and an entry in the log file. The wrong entry \in[sec:bar] is hard to find. Is there a way to add ?? for those cases as well? Marco

Dear Wolfgang, Thank you for the explanation and the correction of the code. It works nicely. It also taught me some other things too. I'd like to ask you one more thing. When you update the animation module, would you please concern the location of the menu? I think that it is better to put it at the bottom center of the animation frame in default? how to widen the textwidth

hi, all I use the following setting: \setuppapersize[A4,landscape][A4,landscape] \setuplayout[ backspace=1.0cm, leftedge=0.5cm, leftedgedistance=0.5cm, rightedgewidth=0.1cm, leftmarginwidth=0.1cm, leftmargindistance=0.1cm, rightedgedistance=0.1cm, rightmarginwidth = 0.1cm, rightmargindistance = 0.1cm, headerdistance=0.5cm, footerdistance=0.5cm, topdistance=0.5cm, width=fit, height=fit] \starttext \showlayout \stoptext but the rightmarginwidth = 3.7569cm, not 0.1cm, I do not know why? what should I do to widen the texwidth? how to cite URLs in BibTeX bibliographies

hi,all In latex, the following bib item: @misc{bloom, title = {Bloom programming language}, howpublished = {\url{http://www.bloom-lang.org}}, key = {Bloom} } will compile it into the following bibliographies in pdf: [9] Bloom programming language. http://www.bloom-lang.org. \IncludePicture in SimpleSlides

Hello, I have tried the simpleslides module. Starting with it is very nice. I have get some trouble with \IncludePicture. Running : ConTeXt ver: 2012.12.28 20:30 MKIV fmt: 2012.12.29 int: english/english \IncludePicture [horizontal] [riviere] {La Dumbéa} do not work. Maybe that problem is new (process succeded a few time ago). If I use \externalfigure, no problems. Best regards, Roland

Hi, luatex 0.74.0 has problems with an escaped string which used to work in 0.72.
