Spacing between headings

Hi, I want to make the spacing before headings conditional. Like, apply the spacing if the a heading follows some text, but not if it immediately follows a previous heading. This has been requested before : https://www.mail-archive.com/ntg-context@ntg.nl/msg63950.html Does there exist a way now, to achieve this? Curriculum example on wiki not working anymore

\startnarrow seems to have no effect for tabulate

Hi, I need to have a table set with tabulate centered and a bit narrower. But it seems that \startnarrow has no effect on the tabulate. Am I missing something ? Is there a better way to achieve the same thing? Unexpected results with \xmlpos

Hi, I'm getting unexpected results for \xmlpos With the example below, I was expecting to get the following positions: 1 2 3 4 However the result is: 2 4 6 8, i.e. each time it's exactly the double. What am I missing? horizontal space in CJK document

Dear list, Does anyone know how to insert a horizontal space in a CJK document with \setscript[hanzi]? \setscript[hanzi] \definefontfamily[mainface][rm][notoserifcjkhk][] \setupbodyfont[mainface] \starttext 口口\hspace[big]口口 % with \setscript[hanzi], the \hspace is ignored \dorecurse{100}{口} % without \setscript[hanzi], the line is not properly wrapped \stoptext Many thanks, Sylvain

How to prevent \subject from being the last line

Dear list, I have a long document (A4 * 170 pages) with some CJK fonts, where some of the \subject{...} are placed at the end of the corresponding pages, which looks awkward. How can one flush those last-line titles to the next pages? Currently I don't have a MWE, as trivial filling-up with 1-2 pages of \lipsum doesn't reproduce the problem. I'm optimistically asking without MWE, but if it is necessary anyway, please tell me and I will obfuscate the 170-page document and find a way to upload it. Many thanks, Sylvain

Lettrine module not working?!

[rendering svg warnings]

Putting together documents with an SVG image on each page. Apparently while creating the m_k_i_v...pdf files, i get a lot of errors/warning, but the document turns out to be ok: Running the latest context on Linux Pop!OS 22.04 Any hints? .Floris ... Math issue

Hi math gurus, I should typeset a couple of simple math formulae. However I do not get the desired result. I attach my output as pdf. 1. Why is the \times 12 in the denominator although the fraction is grouped? — I tried also the grouping with bracis, which gives the same result. 2.
