Referencing formulas doesn't work?

MWE: \starttext The famous result (and again) is given by \placeformula[formulalabel] \startformula c^2 = a^2 + b^2. \stopformula And now we can refer to formula \ref[][formulalabel]. \stoptext There is a blank where the formula label should be at “now we can refer to formula ---“. Regards Jon

For example, why a page break after the second item when there seems to be enough space to stay on this page ? issues with \attachment when specifying name

Hi Peter, here you have a minimal sample with file name changed inside the attachment command: \setupinteraction[state=start] \starttext an attachment\attachment[file=secret-name.pdf, type={application/pdf}, %~ method=hidden, name=other-name] \stoptext If method is hidden (no annotation), /EmbeddedFiles doesn’t honor the "name" option. If method is normal (generating an annotation), /T in /FileAttachment doesn’t "honor the "name" option. Would it be possible that both cases contain the value from the name "option" instead of file? Fonts from various .otf to work with \bold, \emph, \bf, \bfa ...

Hello, although font switching used to be discussed here and I studied wiki about font changing, I don't switch fonts in ConTeXt very often and my "maximum" font change was provided by \setupbodyfont[(e.g. termes)]. Now I am in the situation that I need to use fonts defined in: work-sans.bold.otf work-sans.bold-italic.otf work-sans.light.otf work-sans.light-italic.otf (all from https://www.1001fonts.com/work-sans-font.html) so that: - normal text and math (nothing special - just subscripts) would be typeset with work-sans.light.otf - \bold (\bf) would use work-sans.bold.otf, - \emph (\em and \it) would use work-sans.light-italic.otf, - \bi would use work-sans.bold-italic.otf - also commands \bfa, \bfc, ... would use work-sans.bold.otf scaled somehow (probably by multiples of 1.2). Some help setting it up and making it work would be appreciated... Best regards, Lukas

Hi Wolfgang, would it be possible that \definefontfamily could load fonts directly (not defined in the font database), like \definefont? \definefont[Test][file:texgyrepagella-regular.otf at 10pt] \definefont[TestOne][file:texgyrepagella-regular-500.otf at 10pt] \definefontfamily [mainface] [rm] [Pagella] [tf={file:texgyrepagella-regular.otf}, bf={file:texgyrepagella-regular-500.otf}] \setupbodyfont[mainface] \starttext normal\\ \bf bold not working\\ \Test this works \TestOne this works \stoptext The second improvement would be to allow "method=uppercase" with \definefallbackfamily to be able to fake smallcaps (as used with \definefontfallback in https://mailman.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2018/092878.html). [HOWTO] spanning xtable cells

Does anyone knows a hint to get the stacked boxes to the correct size? Hi, I have just read that TeX Live 2020 will use the LuaHBTeX engine for LuaLaTeX. What is the status of HarfBuzz with ConTeXt? I've searched the wiki, but couldn't find anything. Best, Denis
