Hey guys, some time during January the git mirror stopped syncing so I went on pragma-ade.nl and noticed the old download URLs now 404. Instead there one zip at this location: http://www.pragma-ade.nl/context/latest/cont-tmf.zip I take it the “current” vs. “beta” model has been retired? Cc: me please I’m not on the list, thanks! Best regards, Philipp PS: I’m out of the loop; is the mirror actually still needed or is there an official repo now?

Lucida small caps

Hi, One can easily enable small caps when using lucida, see the old mail https://mailman.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2018/090997.html . Could this be added to the type script file? /Mikael

By the way, you seem to imply that [lmtx path]/bin should be in the PATH during updates. I didn't know that and I'm sure I've updated several times without it: I have different environments to be able to switch between different versions of context (lmtx, the old one, that from texlive...), I never check which one I'm in before updating lmtx and the installer does not complain. Repeat backgrounds on slides

Hi all, I am a little bit confused as I never had this problem, although I often use backgrounds and layers. \definelayer[bg:hs2020-mond] [x=0, y=0, width=\paperwidth, height=\paperheight] \setlayer[bg:hs2020-mond] [x=0mm, y=0mm] {\externalfigure[background.jpg][height=\paperwidth]} Ususally I call the background after a head command like \starttitle or when I create slides like this \startslide[title={foobar}] \setupbackgrounds[page][background=bg:hs2020-mond] ... \stopslide The problem is that I cannot call the background on another slide. It seems as if the layer is gone after the first usage. Label in externalfigures

Dear Members! I have a question on how to achieve something like this. \IncludePicture[picture.pdf][xpos=2, ypos= 4, label=some text] I know there is a similar function in the simple slides module but I need it in my documents, often exams to my students, so caption is mainly not necessary. The background to this is that I often creating pictures in Inkscape and export it to pdf but sometimes I do screenshots and save it in .png or .pdf format. So I just want to put labels in it like a layer in same size as the included picture. Or is this something that’s already solved so "reinventing wheel" is unnecessary? Thanks in advance Jan-Erik

attachments working again (issue with /EmbeddedFiles)

Hans, many thanks for having fixed the issues with attachments (in latest beta from 2020.02.07 18:36). I haven’t tested attachments with PDF/A-3a. But there is still an issue with /EmbeddedFiles.
