Hi, I’m using Peter Münster’s downsampling module (http://modules.contextgarden.net/grph-downsample) and kept it under my project directory, like ~/mybook/tex/context/third/grph-downsample That worked with latest betas until 2015-07-31. It still works under .../texmf-local/tex/context/third/grph-downsample So there’s not really a problem, I can’t remember why I kept that project-local tree anyway, but something changed that might bite someone else... Problem with the installation of a module

I tried to install the PocketDiary module but I had some problem. I follow the instruction at: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Modules so first I copy the files in my texmf-local directory and after that I run: context --generate but context didn't find the new module. I use linux and I have installed texlive 2015 in my home directory, so my texmf-local directory is /home/admich/texlive/texmf-local In the output of context --generate I noticed the following lines: ... resolvers | resolving | locating list of 'home/admich/texlive/texmf-local' (cached) resolvers | methods | resolving, method 'locators', how 'uri', handler 'file', argument 'home/admich/texlive/texmf-local' resolvers | files | file locator 'home/admich/texlive/texmf-local' not found ... This seems not correct because is missing the initial / . For example the following lines are: resolvers | resolving | locating list of 'selfautoparent:texmf-dist' (cached) resolvers | methods | resolving, method 'locators', how 'uri', handler 'file', argument 'selfautoparent:texmf-dist' resolvers | files | file locator 'selfautoparent:texmf-dist' found as '/home/admich/texlive/2015/texmf-dist' resolvers | resolving | ... with the right initial / kpathsea find the right $TEXMFLOCAL: ~$ kpsewhich -var-value TEXMFLOCAL /home/admich/texlive/texmf-local -- Andrea De Michele

Cover page (Metafun)

Title of the section that begins

Hi, The first section begins, so the title appears footer on each page as the second section does not start. Then the second section starts and was the title of the second section as the third section does not start and so on. Hi Hans, sorry for telling again, but I’m afraid that the following sample shows a serious buggy interaction between \setupdirections[bidi=on] and \about references. \setupdirections[bidi=on] \starttext \section[sectionone]{Section one} As said in \dorecurse{5} {\about[sectionone]\footnote{Body reference misplaced.}, } \stoptext Both \about and footnote references in body are misplaced. Formatting of page number in table of contents

Hi, I am using a document structure "part-section-subsection" (i.e., no chapters). The page numbers have to be formatted as "partnumber-pagenumber". So, I am using the following setup: \setupuserpagenumber[way=bypart, prefix=yes, prefixset=part] The page numbers are formatted correctly on each page, but not in the table of contents. For example, \setupuserpagenumber[way=bypart, prefix=yes, prefixset=part] \starttext \placelist[part,section][alternative=c, criterium=all] \part{Part 1} \section{one} \input knuth \page \section{two} \input knuth \page \section{three} \input knuth \page \part{Part Two} \section{one} \input knuth \page \section{two} \input knuth \page \section{three} \input knuth \page \stoptext The numbers of the table of content are: 1 Part 1 .... 1-1 1.1 one .... 1-1 1.2 two .... 2-2 1.3 three ... 3-3 Note that the prefix of page number is the section number rather than the part number. \defineprocessor and \at

Should processors work with references? I would think that they should, but the following fails. (My backmatter page numbers need to be marked to distinguish them from bodymatter pages. I can automate applying a processor based on the location for index register entries, but not for references.) \defineprocessor[xx][style=slanted,after=n] \starttext \section[xxx]{Processor testing} Why cannot a processor be applied to a reference? \at[xx->xxx] \stoptext -- Rik

Output compilation

Hi, My product lesson contains the component chapter-1 which itself contains the components activities and synthesis. Is it possible to compile lesson.tex and have the output that activities.pdf file ? margindata does not work in latest beta

Hi, margindata have stopped to work in the latest beta. Simple test \setuplayout [leftmargin=2cm] \starttext Thus, I came to the conclusion that the designer of a new system must not only be the implementer and first large-scale \inleft{100}user; the designer should also write the first user manual. \stoptext works with 2015.07.24 13:58, no output in margin with 2015.08.04 01:25 All best Thomas
