Hello, how to determine the current language being used in Ctx source via Lua? I mean soumething like: --- \mainlanguage[cz] \starttext AAA \startluacode if context.mainlanguage == "cz" then -- Do something specific context("Ahoj!") elseif context.mainlanguage == "en" then -- Do something specific context("Hello!") else end \stopluacode \stoptext --- So is there something like 'context.mainlanguage' or 'context.mainlanguage()' or 'tex.mainlanguage' or ...? Bibliography contains references not cited in the text

Hi All, I am having trouble with the bib module. The bibliography section of my article contains references that I have not cited in the text. These are in my .bib file, but it seems to me that references that were not cited in the text were ignored when constructing the bibliography. This is a minimal example. The bib file is attached. Strange behavior of '\setupmathematics' and '\iint'

Hi. I faced with strange (for me) behavior of combination of '\setupmathematics' and '\iint'. Consider the following example: <example name="ex1.tex"> \setupbodyfont[xits] \setupmathematics[integral=displaylimits] \starttext This is a sample. \startformula \exp^{\imath\phi}=\cos\phi+\imath\sin\phi \stopformula \startformula \int_{a}^{b}f(x)\text{d}x=F(x)+C \stopformula \startformula \iint_{D}f(x,y)\text{d}x\text{d}y=\mu(D),\quad\text{here $\mu$ is a measure} \stopformula \stoptext </example> If I comment line with '\etupmathematics' then I could compile the example without error. The shown example however gives error when compiled by context (mkiv): <error> ! Missing } inserted. <inserted text> } <to be read again> $ \stopdisplaymath ->\stopinnermath $ $\par \afterdisplayspace \par \egroup \dostopformula ...eter \c!alternative \v!formula } \dostoptagged \dostoptagge... l.21 \stopformula ? </error> Does this mean that 1) something wrong with font setup? 2) mathematics setup? Next problem with \NL, works with mkii but not mkiv ! Hi. Is there analog of \hdotsfor command in context (mkiv)? The description of \hdotsfor command is in amsldoc.pdf[1] on page 11. Hello, is there in Ctx something like \todo command, provided by LaTeX via todo package (http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/todo/todo.pdf)? Namely: Let's have a Ctx code: --- \starttext Some text \todo{My to do} to be continued... \todos \stoptext --- This would produce e.g. numbered upper-placed bold text *"To Do #1: My to do"* at the place of use of \todo and a final list (if not empty) at the end of the document like this: *To Do:* 1. My to do -- [link to page 1] I have an idea how to (simply) implement this but I wouldn't like to invent something that's been invented. Best regards, Lukas

Wondering how to get bibliography sorted by author

Hans, I see on the wiki that MKIV has bibliography reenabled. I put this code in my document: \setupbibtex[database={mybib},sort=author] text text text \completepublications[criterium=all] \placepublications[criterium=all] but the references are ordered by occurance NOT alphabetical by author. Could you point me in the right direction to get the list alphabetically sorted please? barney

enumeration counters, way=bysection

Hi! I want to have the following (Theorems and Lemmas share the counter, way=bysection): Section 1. Foo Theorem 1.1 Bar Lemma 1.2 Baz Section 2. Foo Theorem 2.1 Bar Lemma 2.2 Baz The following used to work about a month or two ago. \setupenumerations[way=bysection] \newcounter\theorems \defineenumeration[thm] [text=Theorem,prefix=yes,prefixsegments=section,counter=theorems] \defineenumeration[lem] [text=Lemma,prefix=yes,prefixsegments=section,counter=theorems] \starttext \dorecurse{5}{ \section{Foo} \startthm Bar \stopthm \startlem Baz \stoplem } \stoptext Today the counter doesn't reset, i.e. I get Theorem 2.3, Lemma 2.4, Theorem 3.5 etc. How can I fix it?

tables and column spanning

Dear Hans, In MKIV I miss the probably recently dropped command \use{number-of-column} from \starttable ... \stoptable environment. In MKII it still works perfectly fine.
