placepublications not obeying grid placement

Hello Taco, The following example is taken from the manual, just a grid is added around it. I don't use grid typesetting very often, but I just noticed that \placepublications confuses proper placement of citatons on the grid. Is this difficult to fix? (I temporary created an ugly patch to fix it, so there's no hurry.) beta: problems including a figure without providing explicit dimensions

Hello, I have no idea which version I had installed before that, but after upgrading to the latest beta and using an image filename.pdf the following creates an error: \externalfigure[filename] (worked OK before), while \externalfigure[filename][width=3cm] works OK. listoffloats question

Hello, in my scripts i use different kinds of figure, defined as floats cloned from the original ConTeXt figure: \definefloat[afigure][afigures][figure] \definefloat[bfigure][bfigures][figure] In my script environment i use different setups for figure, afigure and bfigure that are not shown here. Using cloning, all figures use the same counter, which is nice. But how can i get all figures into the same listoffigures, so that i can use only one \placelistof*** instead of three? Hi all, after I installed ConTeXt (TeXExec | version 6.2.0 - 1997-2006 - PRAGMA ADE/POD) om my MacMini my family-project does not compile any more. With version 5.2.4 -1967-2005 (linux resp. resolved Font problem

Dear all, By installing TeX from the beginning and changing to new font family, "CFF: Invalid caracter" error was disappeared. I think that there are some problems in some korean fonts But the same file had a little problem in Powerbook G4(OS X 10.4.7). I think that it is not the problem in XeTeX, ConTeXt, but in the configuration in Terminal or in the system. Although I have little knowledge about Unix, I'll try to fix it. multiple bibliographies

Dear all (and esp. Taco), in March 2005, there was a discussion about having multiple bibliographies in one document, very much like with the LaTeX package chapterbib. I may be missing something obvious, but I'm wondering whether this is now possible with Taco's module. Maybe a bit of background, and please tell me if you think this is a stupid idea: every term, I have to prepare lists of references for my several classes, and there usually is a lot of repetition and overlap. So I'm dreaming of having one big bibtex database and producing the lists via assorted \nocite commands. But i usually split up these bibliographies into several sections, and I want all items numbered in sequence, so I have in my source: \section{One} \nocite[myfirst] \nocite[mysecond] \placepublications \section{Two} \nocite[mythird] \nocite[myfourth] \placepublications to get this output: A. One [1] myfirst publication [2] mysecond publication B. Two [3] mythird publication [4] myfourth publication Is this reasonable? feasible? Or should I just use the old approach and copy/paste the same references into \itemize lists? Help and opinions appreciated! Thomas

MathPazo & Palatino

Hello, I am using Palatino to typeset my document and it involves a fair use of maths typesetting, and seems Palatino is incomplete for some of it. I've read about the MathPazo LaTeX package and about previous discussions about it in this list, but nothing conclusive. Anything anyone would recommend to typeset math with Palatino without any sort of Caveat? Thanks, Pepe
