Alignments of margin notes

Hi, I want to make a two sided document with margin notes. The notes should not be hyphenated and always aligned to the inner text body. However, I did not get this to work. It hyphenates and the alignment is only correct at even pages. Do you know the correct way? Wiki in Mobile(?) format

Hi, since a few weeks I have the problem that I get the mobile(?) view for the wiki, when I open a "wiki.contextgarden.net" link. However, the mobile view is not feature complete (colors and renderings are missing). This only happens in Qutebrowser (maybe it sets a header wrong). Since the mobile view seems to be incomplete, is it possible to deactivate it completely? This is fixed when I open a www.contextgarden.net link. Can LMTX help me with this PDF manipulation?

I have a large PDF with mostly vector and a bit of pixel graphics. It is in two colours only (the pixels are either one colour or the other, no dithering). I want to create a new PDF of a segment of the larger PDF (bottom left corner), where vector is maximally preserved, and where one colour is replaced by 100% transparency. How to hide any content?

I have a strange issue with some macros that are creating extraspaces between paragraphs. Note these macros shouldn’t create anycontent, as they define content that will be sent to registers andcontent that is used for page references. Its more like invisibledata, perhaps the word is “metadata” and other parts of thedocument need to know it and refer to it, but nothing should berendered there. As best as I canunderstand, when ConTeXt sees one of these macros, it creates avertical space after the paragraph, draws nothing, then createsanother vertical space after that, before drawing the next paragraph,so the result is something close to three lines of space. Whenappearing after a section title, its also as if there is an emptyline, then blank space, then the first paragraph of content appears. How can I force ConTeXt to display my footnote on the same page as my foot note marker?

correcting Wikipedia

Dear list, just by accident, I discovered that the English Wikipedia had attributed ConTeXt to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Hagen (a German computer science professor). I corrected this info and also removed the internal links to that article that belong to “our” Hans (Hagen). Just in case the wording may be improved, I wrote (reprashing a previous sentence and adding two links to pages with photo): (Prof. Dr.) Hans Hagen is not to be confused with Hans Hagen, the author of the ConTeXt macro package for the TeX typesetting system.[5] [5] ConTeXt’s author comes from the Netherlands (he is a digital typographer, no academic). About a pagination

Hi, I'm trying to get the same pagination as in the attached photos. Using the wiki and Wolfgang's codes I get something interesting but not very elegant (\ACFRAME{}). Only, I don't see how to emphasize the title of each chapter in the same way. Thanks. The first screenshot has its items neatly stacked and is made with \startsimplecolumns[n=2] \placenotes[endnote] \stopsimplecolumns The second screenshot has its items wide apart and is made with \startcolumns[n=2,blank=1pt] \placenotes[endnote] \stopcolumns Question: how do I get rid of the interline space in the last case. Install urbanist fonts

Hello, I was trying to install the urbanist fonts (https://github.com/coreyhu/Urbanist) but I couldn't get it to load and save the fonts in the system folder and in the ConTeXt folder without success, I could only get it to load when saving them in the current working directory but that is annoying, help me by telling me the correct way to install it... Hi wizards, I’d really appreciate an introduction “how to write a ConTeXt module” at the meeting and in the next journal. * How does this namespace and setup stuff work? * When does it make sense to use variables, macros or parameters? * Should I use the namespace for internally used MP graphics, environments, buffers etc.? I guess I can figure out most of it on my own, but I think we should have some easily understandable documentation. Or do we already have something and I didn’t find it? How to create a second bibliography?

My copy editor wants me to create a second bibliography for photo/illustration references. Hi, I checked the spreadsheet module for the first time (in my own invoices I do everything in Lua and don’t need it). In the attached example, I setup a decimal comma, as usual in German: \setupspreadsheet[rechnung][ period={,}, comma={\,}, split=yes] Unfortunately, this also replaces all dots in the text strings. Is there a workaround (beside using \getspr in a “real” table)? Apparently, \startrow or \startcell don’t understand the period setting. Hraban
