Dear all, I'd like to know how best to work with font features regarding adaptations of math fonts. For example, let's assume I'd like to use Minion Pro also for math typesetting. I've referred myself to this page of the Wiki https://wiki.contextgarden.net/Command/definefontfallback. I have tried the following, but it fails for greek letters in math mode. \definefallbackfamily [mainface] [math] [Minion Pro] [range={math:lowercaseitalic,math:uppercaseitalic,math:lowercasenormal,math:uppercasenormal},force=yes] \definefallbackfamily [mainface] [math] [Minion Pro] [range={math:lowercasegreekitalic,math:uppercasegreekitalic,math:lowercasegreeknormal,math:uppercasegreeknormal},force=yes] \definefallbackfamily [mainface] [math] [Minion Pro] [range=math:digitsnormal,features=f:lining,force=yes] \definefontfamily [mainface] [math] [Libertinus Math] Thanks in advance for your support.

adding module to ConTeXt basic installation

Dear All, I installed ConTeXt on my windows machine using the instructions provided here: - https://wiki.contextgarden.net/Installation I would like to now render some python code in my pdf. For this I need to install this module: https://github.com/adityam/filter How do I add this module to my current installation? Thanks for your consideration. Regards, Amine

I'm using the linux version which is about a week to two weeks old. repeat layer recto pages

I want a particular layer to repeat on recto pages only, but I don't want this to happen in frontmatter, only in bodymatter. This is what I have done, just before the first chapter after \startbodymatter (but unsuccessfully; the layer repeats for every page at the moment. I must have omitted something). \startbodymatter \setupbackgrounds [rightpage] [background=butterfly] \startchapter[title={Chapter title}] \definelayer[butterfly] [x=0mm, y=0mm,repeat=yes,width=\paperwidth, height=\paperheight] \setlayer[butterfly] [hoffset=.99\textwidth, voffset=1cm] {\externalfigure[bfly.jpg][width=1.5cm]} \setupbackgrounds[page][background=butterfly] etc. Any thoughts? Concerning \installparameterhashhandler and family

Hi. Reading at mult-aux.mkxl, I've seen command handlers define, among others, \installparameterhashhandler, However, in files such as those related with symbol management, only \installparameterhandler and \installsetuphandler are. When writing basic modules, sometimes only the "raw" macros above are actually needed. So, what are "parameterset", "hashhander", "rootparameterhandler", etc. for? Any initial thoughts on luau?

Hello, Yesterday, Roblox announced - Luau - https://luau-lang.org/why - mainly adding linting and type-checking features. Being compatible with Lua 5.1 is probably a bummer but nonetheless would be interesting to hear about this from this community. Thank you. best regards, Ramkumar

on luatex.wrapup

Hi Hans, I would like to use luatex.wrapup to remove media files that I don’t need anymore once the PDF document is generated. I have realized that luatex.wrapup works at the very end of the PDF generation, but in each run. Is there no way to have a luatex.final_wrapup, when no other run will take place? font problem

I am a beginner and not well versed on font processing needs yet. I tried the following simple example, but get an error. I am using the standalone context: "txrun | ConTeXt TDS Runner Tool 1.32" Here is my example: %%%%%%%% \starttext \startformula c^2 = a^2 + b^2 \stopformula \stoptext %%%%% The error I get back from context is: " Sorry, but I can't typeset math unless various parameters have been set. This is normally done by loading special math fonts into the math family slots. Your font set is lacking at least the parameter mentioned earlier. mtx-context | fatal error: return code: 256 " I don't know what special math fonts there are or what a math family slot is. Can you help me out. Or point me to a document that will clear this up for me. Thank you. ---------
