Arranging: corruption of lists

Hello, I compiled a book with 353 pages... What I did: 1. compile the boek without arranging. This gives a correct TOC, correct lists of figures and tables. 2. compile the boek once with arranging enabled. This results in correct arrangement, however all lists are corrupted, wrong sorting and the page references are all wrong. [m-chart] Connections

Hi, I cannot figure out how to connect to the bottom right point (the small red one). Anyway, in the manual the shortcuts to address the individual points are not really explained. I blindly guess: tm - top middle t - top middle bl - bottom left br - bottom right bm - bottom centre b - bottom centre … However, in the following example it doesn't work. A special case: hiding section head information in the text but still keeping the TOC entry

Hi all, I had to deal with a special case. In my document there are only sections and subsections. The section titles are placed in a different place than they naturally would occur according to the coding in the text. What I needed to do is to hide the section title, having no placeholder/white space inserted but still keeping the entry in the TOC. \setuphead [section] [placehead=hidden] \setuptexttexts[{\placerawheaddata[section]} The first setup hides the title completely and does not insert any whitespace. It causes on the other hand, that the TOC entry is also hidden/gone. With the second command the data are flushed and end up in the TOC. Thank you Hans for providing this solution! SimpleFonts: no italic and bold

Hi, I'm currently trying to use our corporate identity font face for internal documents, however neither bold nor italic seem to work. ANN: Metappeal 0.1.0

Hi, although the following is an announcement of a pure MetaPost library, I thought that it might be of interest to this list, given the tight integration of MetaPost with ConTeXt. Metappeal is an extension to Plain MetaPost, providing a lightweight framework for consistent development in MetaPost. Metappeal 0.1.0 is the second release of this newborn project, bringing you new prominent features: - classes and templates; - delegation; - new basic data structures (bigints, bigstrings); - much better documentation (which is different from "very good documentation"). in addition to a unit testing framework, other data structures (arrays, records, stacks, lists, trees, mboxes, ...) and parametrized code blocks. Nothing graphical yet, sorry, apart from mboxes (getting classes right was hard enough). \cite doesn't work correctly

Hi, the \cite command behaves strange, when used in projects: The expected output would be: Me and You; Name, P..Test.. but it is only ; Name, P..Test.. And this result is the same when run from product or from component. Could you have a look a the really very minimal example attatched, please? Thank you, Steffen

arguments on context call

The "context --help" shows the following option: --arguments=list set variables that can be consulted during a run (key/value pairs) It looks like something I need at the moment. There seems to be no further information on it, at least not be searching the wiki with "context arguments". I have the two questions: (1) how is the list given? context arguments=key1=value1,key2=value2 or context arguments="key1=value1,key2=value2" or otherwise (2) how are these values picked up inside the TeX-run for use in typesetting? Spurious space when using space=on with \startlines

Hi, \startlines with the space=on option produces a spurious space. Is that intended? luatex math font

Hello, compiling the following with 'context' \starttext \startformula J:\blackboard{R}^\infty \rightarrow \blackboard{R},f \mapsto J[f] \stopformula \stoptext produces a blackboard 'J' character in J[f] instead of a $J$. The log file contains: system > beware: some patches loaded from cont-new.mkiv fonts > latin modern fonts are not preloaded fonts > latin modern fonts are not preloaded fonts > virtual math > unable to resolve name mapsfromchar fonts > fallback modern rm 12pt is loaded mkiv lua stats > luatex banner - this is luatex, version beta-0.70.1-2011052008 if this is of any help.
