Wrong results for chemical structures and reactions

Hi, chemical structures and reactions produce wrong results. blank lines above accentuated capital letter

Hello, I'm typesetting a French brochure with a typeface created for this project But everytime I have an É (or any diacritic on a capital letter), it creates a blank line above) here's a screenshot of what it produces: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l7xuiuesba5lb9e/Capture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%20… I run version 2012.03.13 21:26 on arch linux The diacritic if over the 1000 truetype height, is this the problem? My own module.

Where should I put a module if I have the following project strucutre? math-books/ math-books.tex environments/ layout.tex products/ book1.tex book1/ chapter1.tex chapter2.tex book2.tex book2/ chapter1.tex chapter2.tex I have a "my_module.lua" and a "my_module.tex". Where should I put those files? How do I configure my project to use my module? How do I call my own module from "book1/chapter1.tex", for example? Thank you, André Caldas.

counter reseting at every heading

Hi, few months ago (18th may) I asked about how to setup a counter that resets after each heading (chapter, section, subsection, subsubsection and so on. I got three possibilities then but none of them was implemented (and still is not): 1) \definecounter[ParagraphNumber][prefix=no,way={bychapter,bysection,bysubsection,bysubsubsection}] 2) \definecounter[ParagraphNumber][prefix=no,way=byheader] 3) \setuphead[chapter,section,subsection,subsubsection][after={\resetcounter[ParagraphNumber]}] as soon the spaces are defined over spaceafter instead of after. Is there a forth option out? Or can anyone tell me what the defaults spaces are so that I can copy them manually? Thanks P.

mkiv: way to signal extra run(s)

Hi, just wondering. Is there a official way to signal ConTeXt from a module, that an extra run is needed? I started thinking about adding bookkeeping for the created run time graphics. Graphic related changes can then be detected and, if necessary, extra runs can be started to update the changed graphics. I need the second run to create and start the ImageMagick batch script, but the collected info in the *.tuc file prevents ConTeXt from starting a second/third run. Currently I use a batch file that simply deletes the *.tuc file and then calls 'context'. As there is no bookkeeping, all the graphics are recreated then. Peter

I have a list of numbers, 2, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 18, 20, 186, 188, 316, 318, 354, 372, 376 that I would like to use as exceptions in a \dostepwiserecurse loop. That is, within the loop if \recurselevel is NOT EQUAL to either of these numbers, then I want to do something -- otherwise, I simply increment \recurselevel.
