troubles with latin modern and mutool

As an addition to my mail. I tried poppler pdfseparate and pdfunite, but the resolution is too high and my extract is much eavier than the original file. As an alternative, Is there a way to compile just a part of a context file, keeping the whole toc? My college pupils will get lost if my 3) is changed to a 1) (don't whether this is only typicall for French pupils). Regards, Damien Thiriet

Dear Hans, Your method perfectly works! The number of chapter use the same font as the main title font and there is no big space between main title and the subtitle. Thank you. Indenting entries in the table of contents?

I'd like subsection entries in the table of contents to be indented slightly, and subsubsection entries to be indented slightly more, and subsubsubsection entries to be indented some more. Is there any way to do this? -- T. Kurt Bond, tkurtbond(a)gmail.com

Hi, long time ago, I can use outlined fonts for the title of a chapter by the help of the experts in this list. Now, I’d like to write a subtitle under the title, but \crlf is not working. I tried in several ways, but I couldn’t make it. How to write them in two lines? Thanks. Ignored spacings are ignored

Dear list, Sorry for the stupid title, I couldn't resist. :-) LuaTeX has the option to adjust spacing between different classes of math atoms. However, looking in the TeXbook, page 170, in the table for spacings between adjacent atoms, we find that some of those spacing are undefined (* in the table) and therefore, when TeX encounters this combination, spacing is just skipped. This also translates to the parameters in LuaTeX. For example the combination Open-Bin is skipped by TeX and therefore setting the corresponding parameter just does nothing. \Umathordrelspacing\textstyle=50mu \Umathopenbinspacing\textstyle=50mu $a = (-2)$ \bye So my question is, what is the point of the parameters that describe these skipped combinations?
