removing many lines about font in log.

Reverse traversing of xml.collected()?

I’d like to travese the contents of an xml.collected() in a reverse order. I have for connectionFromXML in xml.collected(viewFromXML,"/connection") do parseXMLConnection( rootFromXML, connectionFromXML, viewFromXML, rootFromOverrideXML) end I tried: local relationTable = xml.collected(viewFromXML,"/connection") for i=#relationTable, 1, -1 do connectionFromXML = relationTable[i] parseXMLConnection( rootFromXML, connectionFromXML, viewFromXML, rootFromOverrideXML) end But apparently my lua knowledge is lacking (severely, I might say) as this ends with “attempt to get length of a function value “ What is the correct way to do it? embed metapost figure into document

Dear List, I'm trying to embed a metapost image into the document. According the MetaFun manual <http://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/metafun-p.pdf>, "embedding such a graphic is done by: \externalfigure[graphic.123][width=4cm]", but the following example produces an empty page: % test.mkxl \starttext \externalfigure[test.123][width=4cm] \stoptext % test.123 draw fullcircle scaled cm withcolor black; Does anyone know how to properly embed a metapost image into a context document? extra warning in the lua version

Dear List, The following code does the same thing twice, once with lua and once without, but the lua version triggers a warning: \starttext % this triggers a warning: fonts > checking > char [sub] in font 'LMMono12-Regular' with id 8: missing \startluacode context.startxtable() context.startxrow() context.startxcell() context.starttyping() context('1') context.stoptyping() context.stopxcell() context.stopxrow() context.stopxtable() \stopluacode % this does not \startxtable \startxrow \startxcell \starttyping 1 \stoptyping \stopxcell \stopxrow \stopxtable \stoptext Does anyone have an idea why this has happened? main text runs in the footnote area

Hans, I have the following sample: \starttext \dorecurse{25}{This is a sentence\footnote{And this is a footnote}. } \startitemize[n, columns, three, packed] \dorecurse{25}{\item This is an item} \stopitemize \input{zapf}\footnote{This is a footnote} \startitemize[n, columns, two] \dorecurse{15}{\item This is an item} \stopitemize \stoptext The body text runs in the footnote area, as some of us have already reported. I know that avoiding lists (especially when they contain columns) would mitigate the problem. But some of my documents need both multiple-column lists and footnotes. Hello, may I ask someone, who understands knockout and overprint in the printing press, to check test cases in the attached file from the test suite, if overprint is working or not in Mark IV, please? color epub reader

Hi, Playing with a pocketbook color epub reader (I just put some manuals on it): - the colors are not bright enough, also not with lights on, why rgb and not cmyk (i only tested pdf) - the viewer is buggy and freezes, color demands more mem i think, but after an upodate it got a bit better - resolution not good enough (yet) But we keep hoping ...
