[LMTX urgent] core keeps getting dumped after 2019.11.28 LMTX update

Anyone? After updating LMTX to the latest version 2019.11.28, context stopped working, only to produce core dumps ... Any hints as how to resolve this? Hans, thanks for your answer. But two questions: First: Am I right to assume that the important part is `\GetPar`. The rest is syntactic sugar to make to code more ConTeXt-like, right? Second: For some reasons I have not received your message. It wasn't in the Spam folder and I usually receive mails from the list. Any ideas? Are there some known problems? Abstracting styles

Hi, I’m trying to learn ConTeXt, but I’m discovering a few hurdles along the way. Essentially what I currently want to do is to emulate paragraph styles found in other software, e.g. Scribus. After several hours of research all I have in my head is a complete mess of conflicting approaches, so I’d like to get some sane present-day advice. :-) Say I wanted to achieve this (as a rough example, the point is mixing weights and OpenType features in different contexts): Heading 1: Source Serif Semibold, smcp=yes, 12% letter-spacing Heading 2: Source Serif Semibold Emphasis: Source Serif Regular, smcp=yes, 8% letter-spacing What is the most straightforward way should I load the fonts and set the ‘styles’? Dear list, I would like to be abbe to commento some ConTeXt code that we use at work. From what I see in the distribution itself, %D is the way to comment text (and %C the copyright information). Sorry, I don’t even know how to look for this (either in the distribution, or in the wiki). I would like to know how to compile back-swf.mkiv to get the documentation. R module

Dear list, I’m teaching with R this term, and I tried (without success) the R-module (I think the path of R is not found). Having no time to test and find out the problem, I have tried with success knitr (with is Rmarkdown code converted to latex-beamer). But I’m missing Context… My understanding is that the R-module is working only with mk-ii. Is there people in this list using successfully the r-module with mk-iv ? Thanks, Fabrice.

Hi, is it possible to enable hanging punctuation only on the right margin? I think that's the way the microtype package does that in LaTeX, but I don't know how to replicate this behavior in ConTeXt. ConTeXt as a service

Hi everyone, Is it possible to run ConTeXt as a service on a server? If yes, is there documentation about this? Background: I'm currently on the PKP conference, and we are discussing OJS plugins for automated PDF production. I was wondering if ConTeXt could be an option...
