\autodirhbox doesn’t work in \framed

If location is in margin, the lower-left x coordinate should be around 35 user units. I have checked it with Acrobat Reader, evince, mupdf-gl, SumatraPDF and PDF.js (within Firefox). interaction

Hi, At the recent meeting Tomas Hala triggered a discussion about interaction and as a side effect I promissed to update the 'widgets' manual (mkii) which now will be 'interactions' (mkiv). In the process I'll check and clean up some of the code so if there are issues / wishes ... the usual struggle with making different viewers happy. (Or course Tomas is going to check everything discussed.) Metafun: Finding intersection between characters

Dear list, Challanged by a very old TeX.SX question https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/180510 I wanted to calculate all the intersection points between two characters. Therefore I ripped off the \showshape macro to load the outlines from the font and convert them to MetaPost paths. Then I try to find all intersections by cutting the path. It somewhat works but for some reason, in the MWE below two intersection points are missing. I also have the feeling that my implementation is extremely inefficient. I would very much appreciate some hints by the MetaPost experts! how to set the name of outputfile using a value defined in the source

Hi all, I'm getting back to using ConTeXt after a couple of years, so I might be missing something obvious... I would like to add an I.D. code to the name of my outputfile, but since this will be used in an automated environment I would like to load the ID-code from the source file. MWE: test.tex \starttext \def\idcode{something} Some text, whatever. \stoptext If I typeset with: context text --result=test-idcode the result is obviously "test-idcode.pdf", but I want to get a file name: "test-something.pdf" Is this possible?
