Another small \underbar issue

I just noticed the recent issue brought up regarding \underbar, and wanted to mention a curiosity that I have come across. After "RE: " the underbar is contiguous. However, if we change it to "Re: " there is a break in the underbar. This seems independent of font selected, althought I have only tried it was gentiumalt, texgyreschola, texgyretermes. I was writing a business letter recently and used what I think is proper, "Re: ", for the subject line. It was only then that I came across this. Is there an explanation for this? On a slight tangent, what would be the best way to tighten up the space between the "\hl" or "\fillinline" alternative, and the name of the signatory? Thanks. Not much helping: I can confirm, that this bug is independent from font. One can easiliy go around with a protected space: \underbar{Re:~Something important that I am writing about} But still, it is a bug :) Huseyin

I found the following bug in \inframed, getting problems with inframing arabic words, try the following example \definefont[arab][name:arial*arabic at 18pt] \define[1]\awort{{\hbox{\setupalign[r2l]\arab#1}}} \starttext \awort{بِالصَّالِحِينَ}\blank \awort{\inframed{بِالصَّالِحِينَ}} \stoptext You see the difference: The inframed has right-shifted vocalizations. EPUB XHTML Format

Hi, The attached t.tex file produces the attached t.xhtml file. I have looked at the following documents: - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPUB#Open_Publication_Structure_2.0.1 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DTBook - http://www.idpf.org/epub/20/spec/OPS_2.0.1_draft.htm - http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/doctype.html - http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/sections.html It seems that the macros in t.tex are being written out as XML elements, verbatim. It is my understanding that these XML elements, however, do not conform to the minimal content models associated with XHTML 1.1. What needs to happen to take a minimal ConTeXt file (such as the attached) to produce a minimum viable EPUB that: - Generates XHTML headers (including <!DOCTYPE and <html...>) - Produces images as img tags, rather than float tags. - Uses typical XHTML tags for <body> elements (e.g., <ol> for ordered lists). Ideally, I would like to do something such as: - context t.tex - mtxrun --script epub --make t.specification to generate an EPUB that passes validation of epubcheck<http://code.google.com/p/epubcheck/wiki/Library>, with an output XHTML file that more closely matches the XHTML specification. brogue (OT) and a related question

Hi, starting with the off topic... A new Brogue (https://sites.google.com/site/broguegame/) version shipped and I updated the table with the monster statistics. For all interested [your chance to stop reading here], the link to the final document (made with today's version). http://www.wuala.com/indiego/public/brogue/1.7.3/ Now to the question: I need to fill the table with some space to reach a specific dimension (the used background graphic makes this necessary). Currently I have to fiddle the dimension by hand. Is there a way to use a fixed TABLE height on each page (for a multi page table)? Or is there a way to calculate the remaining space on the page inside the TABLE? Peter

wrong behaviour with ConTeXt unicode bidi

Hi The following document shows the wrong behaviour (the second parentheses is mirrored incorrectly and it should be after the number not before the number). Assuming "test" is an RTL word when I write (test 1363) I expect to get exactly that but somehow I get (test (1363 One related question: is it possible to change font automatically when luatex sees a LTR word? table cell frames

Is it possible to have different colored table cell border frames? I tried using the \setuptables[rulecolor=...] but it didn't work.
