Dear sirs I would like to try luatex lunatic ( http://wiki.contextgarden.net/User:Luigi.scarso/luatex_lunatic) but i d'ont find the luatex-0.42. I'm looking in https://foundry.supelec.fr/frs/?group_id=10&release_id=406#luatex-beta-0.76… I've been looking for a way to simulate data with different distributions (normal, poisson, exponential, etc.) in the .tex file. The use of GSL library is a good option, but it seems impossible to import in luatex. Another way is using the R-statistical through filter module***, which seems to work well in luatex. At this time I would try to import the GSL functions through python script. The closest thing I found is http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Law_Faculty_University_of_Ljubljana_Styling_a… but it's a bit outdated and far from complete. Maybe someone did his/her thesis in ConTeXt? Table in header, or multicolumn header

Hello everyone, I'm starting to write some technical documents for a customer. I used MS Word in the past because that's what they use, then switched to OO Writer for the last job, but I'm not very comfortable with neither of them, so I decided to switch to ConTeXt. However, I'm facing with a problem. Page headings must contain a three columns table, with a logo in the left cell, a title in the middle one and finally some rows with a document reference number, the issue, the issue date and "page/pages" numbers. I'm not sure if I should use the \startcolumns environment (but it doesn't seems to work in headers or footers) or one of the various table environments. Could you give me some advice? gsl in luatex

Dear Sirs Is there a way to call external lua modules inside luatex. In particular I would like to call gsl libray using a gsl-lua binding ( http://www.stefanom.org/devel/gsl-lua)/. I'm not talking about gsl-shell that needs luajit. I'm working in MacOSX with minimals. Hi, When I use: \startpagefigure[file.pdf][page=X]\stoppagefigure with page >= 2 does not work. Always it puts the first page. I run MKIV. Is it a bug? Thanks in advance, Xan.

Devanagari in Siddhanta font with Context m-iv

Thanks for your reply. I am using a goodies file for coloring the accents. I am attaching that as well as a MWE tex file and resulting pdf. Understanding the basics of \define

Hello: I'm struggling with understanding the way \define is supposed to work. I would like to have a macros to generate tables and populate them with some specific data submitted as arguments. I apologize for my lack of understanding of the very basics, but e.g. the following code just doesn't compile: \define[1]\mytable{ \startxtable \startxrow \startxcell #1 \stopxcell \stopxrow \stopxtable} \mytable{abc} I would appreciate your help and maybe some references to read (if any) in order to educate myself. incrementing counters in tables

Dear ConTeXt-Users, I want to use counters in tables. But incrementing counters in tables doesn’t work as expected. For example, when I typeset the following example, I get numbers between 80 and 119, I would expect numbers between 0 and 39.
