Dear all, I tried the following code for presentation, but not succeeded. It just draw a small circle without frame even "frame=on". The word "here" is colored green but there is no interaction when I click "here". Is there anything wrong in the following code? Thank you. mathalignment within a table - help needed!

Hello, I'm trying to typeset some linear algebra exercises for my students; the exercises will be within a table, and each second element will be a system of linear equations. There seems to be a problem with the mathalignment environment within the table. What do I need enclose these in so that they will be treated as displayed equations within the table environment? Dear Wolfgang and Otared, Thank you for the reply. I have used \setupinteraction[state=start] and open with Adobe Reader already. \StartSteps worked well in \startitemize and \startcombination. For example, \StartSteps \startitemize \item $T(n) =$ \FlushStep \blank[5*big] \item $T(n) =$ \FlushStep \stopitemize \StopSteps ... \StartSteps \placefigure[none][]{} {\startcombination[3*1] {\externalfigure[TriNo60][width=.3\makeupwidth]}{\FlushStep} {\externalfigure[TriNo90][width=.3\makeupwidth]}{\FlushStep} {\externalfigure[TriNoDbl][width=.3\makeupwidth]}{\FlushStep} \stopcombination} \startformula T(n) = n(n+1) \over 2 \stopformula \FlushStep \StopSteps But I couldn't make it work with lines of formulas. dirty epub fixes

Hans, Since I didn't got a working epub for the first few tries, I did some further inspections with epubcheck[1]. Using this minimal example: \setupbackend[export=test.xml,xhtml=test.xhtml,css={test.css,mathml.css}] \starttext Test \stoptext The main errors are: * opf: id has to be either "stylesheet" for css or the xhtml filename without the suffix * opf: itemref needs to be the name of the xhtml without the suffix Here's a very dirty quick fix I did to get a working epub: add after line 112 or so: + local id = file.removesuffix(filename) line 116: - used[#used+1] = format("<item id='%s' href='%s' media-type='%s'/>",i,filename,mime) + if suffix == "css" then + id = "stylesheet" + elseif suffix == "ncx" then + id = file.suffix(filename) + end + used[#used+1] = format("<item id='%s' href='%s' media-type='%s'/>",id,filename,mime) line 121: - package = format(package,identifier,identifier,concat(used,"\n"),root) + package = format(package,identifier,identifier,concat(used,"\n"),file.removesuffix(root)) I'm sure you make a better fix (I've attached the patched one in case it's easier to diff). lm otf math

Hi, The minimals now carry a beta version of lmmath.otf. Even when all lm and gyre math fonts are released, the vf variants will stay available if only because we need them to test luatex's virtual font machinery. As there is only one design size (but with a proper ssty feature), I decided to hook this font into the non-designsize variant, so you can test with: \usetypescript[modern-base] \setupbodyfont[modern] \starttext $e=mc^2$ \stoptext Problems can be reported to this list (or alternatively we can make a page on the wiki for it). Columnsets and placement of figures

Dear list, In a document with a columnsets there are many directives to place figures on certain spots (see columns-manual). I deal with a two-columns layout. Now I would need to place a figure in the first column at the lower left edge. Here the command \placefigure[bots][]{none}{\externalfigure[fake][width=\textwidth,height=3cm]} will not result in the figure at the bottom of the page, instead turns up at the top. For testing please refer to the minimal example below. Problem centernig a table by Lua

Hello, I'm typesetting a centered (middaligned) 1-cell table by Ctx - no problem. BibTex IEEE style in Context

Hi, i found that BibTeX have IEEE ouput bibstyle ( http://amath.colorado.edu/documentation/LaTeX/reference/faq/bibstyles.html) for publication list. Is there any way to use this in ConTeXi or i there any other library for ConTeXt? I don't want to start writing rules from the start. Thanks in advance, Jan
