mtxrun --script texworks --start doesn't work as expected

Dear Hans, dear list, I have tried starting Texworks as I usually would via "mtxrun --script texworks --start", but it doesn't load any Context-specific configuration-files anymore. Instead the script creates a new directory tree in whatever directory I was when I ran it: "selfautoparent:texmf-context/context/data/texworks" with empty subdirectories for the config files. I'm running the minimals (MKIV only) on Ubuntu Lucid with context version 2011.02.16 19:30. drop-cap quote character

Ideally, \DropCap would notice a piece of leading punctuation and drop it as well. Instead, it seems to look at the punctuation and give up. simplefonts module in TL2010 fails to work

After a fresh web installation, the simplefonts module fails to work. Here is the related info: system : module simplefonts loaded (C:/texlive/2010/texmf-dist/tex/context/third/simplefonts/t-simplefonts.tex loading : ConTeXt User Module / Simplefonts ! problem with bibliography

Hi Hans and all, the current beta has a problem with a bibliography entry I have in my project. I can't quite put my finger to it, but here's a fairly minimal example. Problem with typing to the grid

Hello ConTeXist, Is there a way to achieve alignment all of texts in a grid lines? The attached example shows, that inserting of picture violate fixed spacing inside the \startframedtext \stopframedtext environment (on left on line 22 ) and final sequel of the text is not right too. (from line 25) It's way at some point the rate of return text back to the grid? Or it is necessary to determine the amount of Figures to match multiples of \lineheight? strange spaces after placefigure

Hi, even though I didn't manage to reproduce the problem in a minimal example, I would like to report the following problem: Using any other value than "force" with placefigure, like this ... \placefigure[force,no,fit,00]{...}{{\externalfigure[fig_1][frame=off,width=\dimexpr(\textwidth-00pt)]}} ... adds an extra vertical space (1.5 lines) above all section headings that come after this placefigure! (recent beta, MkIV, no grid mode) Does someone can confirm this? Sorry for the missing example, Steffen

Format of included PNG images

Hi, I read that most programs convert PNG images to JPEG images while creating PDF files. Is this also true for ConTeXt/LuaTeX? What happens when PNG images are included? Regards Marco

EPUB workflow from ConTeXt source?
