Hello Luigi, your solution is better...but doesn't work completely : the first page is correct, the second is not, and after this one, the end of the document is correctly formatted... hum... Very strange and annoying... writing date with ordinal numbers (\enordinaldaynumber) in mkiv

Hello, MKII contains a macro \enordinaldaynumber which I don't find in MKIV. My main question: how can I setup the date to display "23\high{rd} Sep, 2011"? Thank you, Mojca

double line spacing in list (table of contents, publication list)

Hi list, how can I get double line spacing in the table of contents and in the publication list? I tried "\setupcombinedlist[content][after=\blank]" but this produces to much vertical spacing. "\setupinterlinespace[big]" doesn't influence those lists. I'm using 201100920 00:09 MKIV standalone. Thanks in advance for any help! Stefan.

Visual debugging

Hi, I'm in a need for more visual debugging aids. I tried the supp-vis module, but it did not give enough cues. I guess the ruledhbox is bound by ascender and descender height vertically, but I'd like to see also the cap height and x-height lines. Is it possible? Plus, is it possible to display the individual box around each letter similar to Knuth's TeXBook page 65? Best regards, Otso Helenius

Of course that will give suboptimal result (in particular everything inside $math$ will be in LM as opposed to original font), but at least it won't complain about a missing $\bullet$ and one can always use $\frac{\text{1}}{\text{2}}$ or something similar :).
