Hi all, I like the result of the t-resume module, but i think it waste space so it is possible to modify layout ? I can’t make a two lines title (if too long overwrite adress field). I don’t want page numbering. The fact is i don’t know how module works and how to «fork» it for my own use. Thanks

luatex-plain can not work with the beta (2010.09.18 12:08, linux x86)

Hi Hans, It can load cid fonts rightly now. But I found it can not generate MetaPost figure. \setupcombinedlist ignores `level' argument?

Hi all, If I understand this right, \setupcombinedlist[content][level=section] tells ConTeXt to list up to section level when doing \completecontent. But it seems no matter what I set for `level', \completecontent lists however deeply it can. Here is a minimal example: \setupcombinedlist[content][level=section] \starttext \completecontent \chapter{Level 0} \section{Level 1} \subsection{Level 2} \subsubsection{Level 3} \subsubsubsection{Level 4} \subsubsubsubsection{Level 5} \stoptext Is this a bug, or I did something wrong? -- There is no emotion; there is peace. Chapter-author in TOC

Hi all! I’m using the structureuservariable to set an author on a per chapter basis. But I would also like to have them in the table of contents, so I tried the following: \setuplist[chapter][alternative=MyListItem] \definelistplacement[MyListItem][none]#1#2#3% {#1 #2 (\structureuservariable{author}) #3} \starttext \placelist[chapter] \startchapter[title=Quote from Tufte][author=Tufte] \input tufte \stopchapter \startchapter[title=Quote from Knuth][author=Knuth] \input Knuth \stopchapter \stoptext … without success. installing minimals

Dear all, I had installed minimals in a folder 'context' in my home directory. I am using a Macbook 10.6.4. I have been using MarkIV successfully for a number of months. I recently decided to update but I get the result below. I followed the instructions on Contextgarden as before in the ConTeXt Minimals page. I finally trashed the folder and did everything from scratch. I use TeXshop as my editor. I would be very grateful if anyone could give me the steps to get ConTeXt Minimals working again on my Mac. Strange optical scaling

Dear all, I was about to adapt the type-optical module to include Semibold and Condensed when I noticed that optical scaling is not working as expected. To be more precise only downscaling works. Let me give you a short example of what I did: \usemodule[type-optical] \usetypescript[minion] \setupbodyfont[minion,12pt] \starttext \title{Title} \section{Section} Text \tfxx tfxx \tfx tfx \tfa tfa \tfb tfb \tfc tfc \tfd tfd \stoptext This document is composed of various font sizes: \tfxx to \tfd scale to 7.2, 9.6, 14.4, 17.28, 20.736, and 24.888pt. According to the definitions in type-optical \tfxx should be set in MinionPro-Capt, \tfx and \tf in MinionPro-Regular, \tfa and \tfb in Subhead and the rest is Display size. Looking at the resulting PDF file with pdffonts indicates that MinionPro-Regular and MinionPro-Capt are the only fonts used. Not so Subhead or Display sizes. Changing the bodyfont to [minion,14pt] results in MinionPro-Subh and MinionPro-Regular to be included. I was curious and tried the same thing with Latin Modern: \setupbodyfont[8pt] \starttext \title{Title} \section{Section} Text \tfa tfa \tfb tfa \tfc tfa \tfd tfa \stoptext Same problem: Only LMRoman8-Regular is used. By including the lines \tfxx tfxx \tfx tfx LMRoman5-Regular and LMRoman6-Regular are included in the PDF. Again not the larger sizes. I'm quite puzzled about this strange behaviour and would apreciate any help. \centercolon and friends with PX-fonts

[xits] \sqrt not work properly

My new ConTeXt Mark IV hangs at the first \in it encounters, this is the error message: ! LuaTeX error ...text/tex/texmf-context/tex/context/base/strc-ref.lua:656: attempt to index field '?' Hi, I don't get the expected result when I compile the following code with context minimal (ConTeXt ver: 2010.09.14 23:27 MKIV). With mk II (ConTeXt ver: 2010.09.14 23:27 MKII) it's ok -- lines are well aligned on the grid. Any clue?
