unwanted font replacement during inclussion

Hi, I noticed the next strange behaviour. Let us create very simple file test.tex: ------------------ \font\bf=cmbx12 Normal text. \bf Bold text. \end ------------------ Now include this file by plain pdftex: ------------------ \pdfximage{test.pdf} \pdfrefximage\pdflastximage \end ------------------ Everything is correct. No let us try to insert the file by context: ------------------ \starttext %\font\bf=cmbx12 %Normal text. \bf Bold text. \pdfximage{test.pdf} \pdfrefximage\pdflastximage \stoptext ------------------ And that is!!! Text 'bold text' is typeset with totaly different font from cmbx12, so it is smashed by wrong metric! See the attached file. If I uncomment two lines, so the font cmbx12 is not only present in the included file, the result is correct. Where is the problem? Something mixing cm and lm? I though that included file comes with all font resources. textools ne woption

XEmTeX is a Windows integrated distribution of PDFeTeX, LaTeX, ConTeXt, TeX4ht plus XEmacs playing the text editor. The version 0.5-RC0 is available for download. It fixes many bugs of the previous 0.5-beta2 version. Math and MATHML problem

Hello, I'm trying to typset some math. when I use \startbuffer ...here mathml ...\stopbuffer and a following \processXMLbuffer I get a nice centered formula. When I save that code to a file myeq1.xml and try to include it with \processXMLfile{myeq1.xml}I compillation stops at that point. \processXMLfilegrouped{myeq1.xml} produces a formula again but 2 additional symbold appear at the beginning of the formula. Questions: - What is my fault? - Whow can I set the alignment of formulas (ie leftaligned)? printing an envelope.

Using my my Ricoh AP2600 printer I want to feed envelopes with the narrow side first, which means the the print image must be rotated 90 degrees. It is not clear how this can be done in Context. force columns smaller in Table

Is there a way to force colums to be narrower than the default in the Table (basic) table environment? The first line of my column is: Amount spent on store modernization by the chains The columns underneath are all single numbers, meaning they have huges spaces to the right: year Amount spent on store modernization by the chains === ================================================= 1933 33,000,000 1934 37,000,000 Do I have to use the more sophisticated TABLE module?
