Hi all, I was under the (mistaken?) impression that "textbar" (for "|") was predefined somewhere in the distribution, but couldn't find anyhting. So I defined it myself in the preamble of my document: \define\textbar{\getglyph{Roman}{\char124}} and it seems to be working. Is this the proper way to do this? Best Thomas

Hyphenation of URLs with and without interaction

Hello, If you run the test case below, once with and once without \statupinteraction[state=start], you realize that this influences the hyphenation. Using interaction, the URL is only hyphenated at '/', '.' etc. Using no interaction, also the words are hyphenated. Just a note about the text of Czech version of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. (page 124 of the document special-s.pdf) there are some typos/misspellings most notably in the first word of the title. (first word is wrong) <wrong>Šeobecná deklarace lidských práv</wrong> <correct>Všeobecná deklarace lidských práv</correct> (in Czech language is "t<quotesingle/>" written as one letter "ť") <wrong>at<quotesingle/> jde</wrong> <correct>ať jde</correct> (wrong spelling) <wrong>príjímat</wrong> <correct>přijímat</correct> (it's one word) <wrong>myš lenky</wrong> <correct>myšlenky</correct> Peter

Strange behaviour? Metapost om connection with MPpage

Hi all, Currently I am preparing a series of figures. Before we send the files to the printing house (next week) we want to make sure that the for us not so familiar languages are code / entered / typeset correct. Indentation after formulas

Hello, Compiling the following results in indented text following the formula: % interface=en tex=pdfetex output=pdftex \usemodule [nath] \setupindenting [medium] \starttext \section{Some section} Let \placeformula \[ f(x) = x^2, \] where $x$ means nothing. \stoptext I'd like "where $x$ means nothing." not to be indented as a new paragraph. Am I doing something wrong? David

Eeeep! m-bib/bibtex stopped working

For some reason I cannot get bibtex to create my bibliography files for a paper typeset in context with m-bib. When I run bibtex, I get the following error. [231] 10:25AM% bibtex clarifyingObfuscation_ctx ~/Sandia/52597/Whitebox/pureWhite/current This is BibTeX, Version 0.99c (Web2C 7.5.2) The top-level auxiliary file: clarifyingObfuscation_ctx.aux I couldn't open style file cont-no.bst ---line 2 of file clarifyingObfuscation_ctx.aux : \bibstyle{cont-no : } I'm skipping whatever remains of this command I found no style file---while reading file clarifyingObfuscation_ctx.aux (There were 2 error messages) The aux file contais just the following three lines: \citation{*} \bibstyle{cont-no} \bibdata{crypto} And the m-bib setup lines I am using are as follows: \def\brnum#1% {[#1]} \usemodule[bib] \setupbibtex[database=crypto] % use crypto.bib %\setuppublications[alternative=aps] % you don't have the 'aps' choice, yet \setuppublications[numbering=yes,refcommand=num,numbercommand=\brnum] \setuppublicationlist[author=\normalauthor, artauthor=\normalauthor, editor=\normalauthor, surnamesep=, namesep={, }, finalnamesep={, }, lastnamesep={, }, firstnamesep=\ ] I have tried copying the *.bst files into the working directory, which did not work (I get the exact same error from bibtex). Bibtex runs just fine on my latex typeset files, so it is not a problem with bibtex itself. Does anyone have any suggestions? William D. Italic, captial Greek letters (with Latin Modern)

Hello, if I understand Latin Modern correctly, it contains the \Psi both as upright and as italic version (CM has only the upright version). How can I get the italic version? It did not work this way: \usetypescript[modern][texnansi] \setupbodyfont[modern,12pt,ams] \starttext $\Psi$ \stoptext Tobias

how to get an image format flowchart

Hello,everybody, I have a problem while using context to create some flowcharts. The beginning of my tex source file looks like: \setupoutput[pdftex] \usemodule[chart] Naturally I got a flowchart in pdf version. But a pdf version flowchart is not suitable for inserting into a paper or a report. Then I try to use software to convert it from pdf format into some other imgage formats. But none of them was satisfied. I wonder how can I direct get a flowchart in some imgage formats (e.g. in png, jpg format) from the source tex file.
