unless cheat is removed, named destinations won’t work for lists.

It think "cheat" is superfluous in strc-lst.lua, since "cheats[v]"
already includes what was intended with it.
I have tested this both with LMTX and MkIV.
The variable "cheat" seems not to be used elsewhere.
I attach a patch, if this might be handy.
