Try on the terminal /usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-darwin/context --generate /usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-darwin/texexec mkiiexample.tex /usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-darwin/context mkivexample.tex If the path is different, use your own path.
